First and foremost, let me reassure you that you are not alone. Triplo AI currently runs on over 20,000 devices, where most of our users take advantage of our extensive allowance of 2,000,000 tokens — equivalent to 15 to 17 full-length romance novels.
For those seeking for more tokens, premium models or even local LLMs we also have solutions: native integrations with OpenAI, OpenRouter, and Anthropic (the top 3 service providers on the LLM market), and now even leveraging Ollama to run local models and deliver the best that AI has to offer.
It would be unwise for us to jeopardize such a valuable tool and our reputation by employing underhanded tactics, especially after the "sell-out" on AppSumo that you mentioned. It would be even more foolish considering that AppSumo provides its users with a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Our reviews on AppSumo and other platforms clearly demonstrate that this is not the case. We are not here for this, Sebastian.
See, as you on The Institute of Trading we hate exploring anyone, or selling snake oil (kind of common thing on software and trading couses also). We value our users the MOST and NEVER leave them behind.
Concerning token consumption. To address and state it clearly for you and everyone else: We DID NOT modified absolutelly anything on the token counting process. One consumes exaclty the number of tokens recieved and returned by the models (whatever model in question).
Your description suggests it may be linked to a fix we implemented a few days ago. However, it would be helpful if you could provide more details by reaching out to our support. I would be glad to look into the issue you mentioned.
Remember: AppSumo provides you a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you think Triplo AI is not the tool for you, that we're not being fair, trustfull, whatever, take your refund and be happy. We don't want anyone unhappy with us.
