Misleading attribution

We’ve been dealing with the same attribution issue for months. Imported marketplace orders appeared to influence channel attribution, even though there was no trackable on-site journey. Support kept pointing to dashboard filters instead of addressing the underlying attribution problem. For a tool used to make budget decisions, that destroyed trust in the data.

Super easy to install

We worked with Christianne Cancellieri to set up Sonar Send (we've been working with Triple Whale for years and have been pleased with their product and support). It started with a quick call where she answered all of our questions thoroughly and explained the next steps very clearly. Once we decided to move forward, it took a few hours to set up email and about a day to set up SMS. We didn't have to do anything, which was a real plus

A must try app with the best CX team

I have used Triple Whale since 2021 across 5 brands. The platform makes attribution so clear and allows marketers to effectively make decisions with clarity. I can't recommend it enough. It's pricey but worth it.

Recently, I had a high priority issue in my account I needed help resolving. Anthony on their CX team responded the same day and took care of it immediately. There was zero back and forth, just a willingness to help.

Cannot recommend this app and CX experience enough.

$7,000 Hostage Situation: Can't Cancel, No Support

My 12-month subscription is ending in 10 days. I have already processed the cancellation via the dashboard, but the status is not reflecting correctly. I have zero intention of renewing this $7k contract.

Despite multiple attempts to reach support, I have received zero response. Consider this my final formal notice: Do NOT charge my card for another term. If an unauthorized charge occurs, I will immediately initiate a bank chargeback and escalate this to my legal counsel. Cancel it now.

Extremely frustrating and largely terrible

Our experience with Triple Whale has been extremely frustrating and almost categorically terrible. The integrations are inconsistent, building with the AI tool Moby is very buggy and crashes more than half the time, and support is largely unresponsive and not helpful. The pre-built templates and reports are somewhat usable, but overall it has been unable to deliver on the promise to provide any insights or accurate data to our business, and we end up reverting back to direct data sources like Meta, Shopify, Recharge, etc.

Great product

Terrible customer support, I pay them thousands of dollars and get no support, customer support is unresponsive. Integrations keep falling off

Triple Whale honestly just made things…

Triple Whale honestly just made things clearer for us.

Before using it, we were jumping between Meta, Google, Shopify and GA, and half the time we weren’t sure which numbers to trust. It felt like we were making decisions based on partial data.

Once we set up Triple Whale, everything came together in one place. We could finally see what was actually profitable — not just what looked good in ad platforms. It helped us understand real ROAS, CAC and profit per product, and that alone changed how we think about scaling.

The biggest difference for us is confidence.
We’re no longer guessing or reacting emotionally to daily ad swings. We know what’s working, what’s not, and why.

It didn’t magically fix our business — but it gave us the clarity to fix it ourselves.
For any serious eCommerce brand, that clarity is huge.

⭐ 1 STAR – Broken Integrations & Fake Attribution for External Marketplaces

We’ve been stuck in months of pointless back and forth with Triple Whale because their integration simply does not work.

Since day one, the data has been inaccurate. Daily revenue totals are wrong, entire order blocks are missing, and every week we have to open new support tickets just to get our numbers halfway close to what our channel actually reports.

Worse yet: Triple Whale shows orders from external marketplaces as if they were real conversions — even though these orders never go through our Shopify store and could not possibly be tracked. We’ve confirmed this multiple times. They still appear in attribution. Completely fake data.

Support is friendly but absolutely ineffective. We’ve shared all the screenshots, done every requested test, reimported data over and over — and yet the same errors persist since August. No fix. No timeline. Just generic replies and “checking with the team.”

This has become a massive waste of time and trust. We’ve used multiple analytics tools over the years, and none have had this many persistent issues with tracking.

If you’re a serious seller, especially if you sell on multiple channels:
Avoid Triple Whale. Their integration is broken, their attribution is misleading, and their support delivers zero solutions.

Terrible Customer Service

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Reached out about a simple issue that I can't edit widgets as I am supposed to according to their help center. It takes at least 24 hours until I get a response, if I am luck and they don't just ignore the message. When I follow up they ask 1 simple question to stall the conversation. They show no sign of actually trying to help. What a disgusting company with the prices they charge. 1 week after I reached out, I am still no where with my inquiry. Leave!
