**Booked with Trust, Ended with Disappointment – Our Unresolved Experience with TripFactory**

I normally do not post complaints publicly, but I believe sharing this experience will help other travelers make informed decisions.

My family booked a Singapore–Malaysia trip through TripFactory based on trust and a previous positive experience we had during our Bangkok–Pattaya trip. Because of that good experience, we confidently chose TripFactory again for our family vacation.

A family holiday is meant to create happy memories, not tension and disappointment because of poor support.

Unfortunately, our experience in Malaysia was very disappointing. The room provided to us had no window and poor ventilation, which did not meet even basic expectations for a comfortable family stay. These important details were not clearly communicated during the booking process or mentioned in the itinerary.

Due to the condition of the room, we had no practical option but to arrange another room ourselves and pay additional money just to ensure a comfortable stay for our family.

We raised this issue multiple times with the TripFactory support and escalation teams during the trip. Despite several communications and clearly explaining the situation, the case was eventually closed stating that the booking was delivered as confirmed and that no reimbursement could be provided.

We also escalated this matter directly to TripFactory leadership and wrote twice to Mr. Amit Aggarwal requesting his review and support. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response.

This experience was disappointing not only because of the inconvenience but also because of the lack of resolution despite multiple escalations.

Travel for families is built on trust, transparency, and support when problems occur during the journey. I sincerely hope TripFactory leadership reviews such cases seriously and improves the way customer concerns are handled in the future.

I would appreciate a transparent response from the TripFactory team so that future travelers can clearly understand how such situations are addressed.

It's a very bad experience

It's a very bad experience. I took package of 7 days of bali trip. They told me they will show everything in this 7 days. They arranged the car for the 7 days but daily driver was coming late even after complaining the manager. As he came late then due to traffic every day we go late at the respective location and the driver try to avoid going to location.
Some time he change the car also which is very small we can't even sit...there is no any proper management and I will don't waste ur hard money with this stupid Trip factory site

Good experience

It was a wonderful experience. More than what we expected. Trip to Bali ending on 3rd August. Coordinated by Samudwit.
No Hassles. Driver was very good. Knew English. Took us to all the places promised.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Representatives are good. managers are rude. Instead of getting a reality check they tend to put a tag of scam or fake to everything else.
If you get a better quote than the one given by them, then it is definitely a scam.
Managers are rude and do not how one should communicate with a customer

Worst experience.

Worst experience.. pls don’t book your trips with this company. Totally in organised and they don’t have proper communication among themselves... bunch of stupid and unprofessional ppl running this flop company.. pls shut it down and sit at home

A Wonderful Trip To Andaman...!!!

I travelled to Andaman which was a well organised memorable trip by TripFactory.They arranged everything properly.Thanks a lot to Mr.Ullas and team they supported and suggested well in changing the itinerary as per my requirements and considered my all preferences.They were always ready to reply my queries and always helped me, just a phone call away.They arranged the transport services time to time without any inconvenience.Really enjoyed the whole trip.I'm super happy with their overall services and will definitely contact them for my next trip. Thank you TripFactory for your services.
