Great Customer service. I really appreciate the staff (Polite, caring and respectful) and their prompt response. I requested the booking which was difficult to find on other website. Robin did his best to customize the booking as per my requirement and provided best option. I would say it's above and beyond service.

I spoke with Vaishali as well for the confirmation of tickets and she responded well.

I was trying to get decent price for the peak season and that’s when I had booked my tickets through trip beam for the first time. Tushar helped me get the best deal they had available.
