Trio Furnishings Ltd Omdömen 

I placed an order for a sofa on June 13th, with the expectation of delivery within 1.5 weeks ( told by shop assistant) As of July 2nd, my sofa has yet to arrive, and it is not even at the Trio warehouse. I contacted Trio last week, and they assured me that my sofa would be delivered today(thrusday 2 july) However, upon following up today, I discovered that I am not scheduled for delivery and that my sofa has not yet reached the Trio store. It has now been three weeks without any updates or communication, and I find the customer service to be extremely lacking, leading me to not recommend their services.I
Will never buy from them again !

Bought our new sofas today . Dealt with Josh , Josh gave us a great deal and we left very happy , just wait for our order to come in now . Thankyou Trio / Josh for a great deal .

What a treasure finding this place! Customer services were excellent! Even holding onto my furniture for a few weeks till I move. Honestly you will not find another place with value for money and go beyond helping!

Brought sofa came wrong colour swopped it still no repite still waiting they sent the old one the manger there is not interested in customer told me they was not going to swop it this was Dec so I told that's fine come get it now it be in the garden he soon change his tune then josh sorted all out

Fantastic service, lovely furniture, good quality and price. Paul was fabulous, really helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were lovely too. Overall a great service - would recommend.

Had a great experience with Josh, looking for a sofa for mum , nothing was too much trouble. This is second sofa purchased from them , great service and incredibly helpful .

Still not received order and not had a reply to my email or an update

Well. Have had the worst service!
Ordered a set of drawers on the 25th April, no confirmation email. Sent emails no response.
Drawers came on the 13th May..wrong ones! 17 calls later, last one last week, advised that they would arrange a collection and refund, and call me back. Nothing and not answering. Still owe me money! Over to trading standards! DO NOT USE

Made life so easy and couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Staff were brilliant ( have to mention Josh lol )and very professional. Overall plenty of choices and prices to suit all pockets, well worth a visit if you are in need of some new furniture, sofa or carpets.

My wife and I received our new sofa yesterday. We love it, and it’s incredibly comfortable and had been sitting on the floor for a few days so having it arrive on the agreed day and morning slot was great news.
The shop staff were incredibly friendly along with the delivery drivers who were helpful and respectful to our property when bringing in the sofa. Overall a great customer service.

The delivery drivers were very helpful and brought all the pieces in and set it up well. There were issues that the manufacturing was faulty as two clamps to hold my Romeo leather corner sofa together were in the wrong place so they had to remove those and readjust them to fit. Other than this it’s a good sofa, but the delivery team were brilliant at resolving this for me.

Great choice of furniture and savings. Denise was very helpful and made the buying experience enjoyable and easy. Highly recommend 👌

Upon visiting Trio we were looking for a mattress, we had a nice look around, then Josh appeared and asked us if he could help in anyway, so we discussed some mattresses suited to our needs, then we stumbled across other furniture we liked, we ended on doing a deal and we not await our delivery.

Always very helpful and excellent service in the shop with advice on carpets and pricing. Prompt appointments for fitting. Fitters always arrive when booked and excellent fitting, polite and efficient. We keep returning because we receive such good service.

From the moment we walked into Trio they treated us like valued customers. After a brief "can I help you?" from the floor sales they left us alone to browse and relax amongst the many many varieties of furniture. We finally selected our corner suite and were delighted at the reasonable price. Two weeks later it arrived in our front room. The Trio delivery staff are top notch, on thier game and so friendly. It took around 20 minutes to install it.
The 1st suite we had had a design fault in it that we weren't happy with so we sent pics and asked what remedies were available to us, we didn't want a refund and 2 weeks later another suite arrived.... with the same design fault!! We rang again and although one of the managers was less than polite another suite arrived yet another 2 weeks later. This time the original fault wasn't apparent and we are delighted with our corner suite.
Everyone, bar one person, from Trio has been amazing, polite, friendly and professional.
Would I shop here again? Yes, yes I would.

We have just had excellent customer service from Denise and Richard at Trio Furnishings. Really helpful, very informative and was able to purchase the product exactly what we wanted at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Trio Furnishings.
