I have been working with Vincent for years and can tell you, he and his team are the very best! One would think the finance part of buying a boat would be the low, but they make it a breeze and get you on the water with a smile.

Having just closed on our new boat and having had such a great experience with Vincent Luzietti I felt the need to post the second review in my life! Vinny was amazing to work with and ALWAYS on the ball. We were supposed to close at his office today and my wife was unexpectedly under the weather. Vinny immediately offered to come to our house for the closing and we were able to get it done! It’s not often that someone exceeds my expectations! Hats off to Vinny and his team for a job well done!!

This was the first time I financed a boat and was not sure what to expect. Vinnie and his team were great; very responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns promptly. Very competitive rates as well.

Process could have been smoother. The lack of ability to talk to a person before applying made the process much harder than it needed to be. The process too the better part of 2 weeks. I am still waiting for a call from someone to explain why Tridents bank charged me 45 dollars to refund my down-payment when the mistake was between my bank and thieir bank

The communication from the person in charge of my loan between myself and seller was sub par.
Also it is 2025 there is not reason you cannot esign paperwork and not have to snail mail all paperwork.
Lastly most banks do not make your payment the same month as you get the funding. Because if the lack of communication and how long this process took I will be paying my first payment before I even have the boat.

Start to finish the trident was upfront with everything and made the process simple and very fast
