Tribes is a personal training gym, clinic and fitness studio offering a range of classes, including Pilates, Yoga, stretch & mobility, and more. Co-founders Joshua Caira and Neil Sanyal discovered the perfect spot tucked behind the Clifton Pub on Clifton Hill, transforming it into a vibrant space where the local community can come together, focus on their health, and feel their best. Alongside their regular classes, Tribes also provides personal training, small group training, and studio sessions suitable for all levels. But Tribes is more than just a gym, it’s a movement dedicated to building a community centred on wellness, resilience, and personal growth. Our mission is to create lasting connections with local residents, making health and wellbeing an integral part of everyday life.

As a Senior/Boxing Coach at tribes I really do enjoy coming to work! I enjoy the team and we all uplift each other while planning and coordinating effective methods for clients for long term achievable results.
