Ordered items online and they were ready to collect in 2 days at the Liverpool store the staff were very friendly and welcoming great quality clothing well done tribal society 5 stars

Done an online order collection in store I bought more stuff my grandsons were made up at Christmas especially with the aftershave the staff were really nice I will be shopping there again

I like this brand and I think what the owners do with giveaways etc is really good. However, I purchased a coat online for my son and picked it up in store (Liverpool branch) but now I need to return it so I went back to the Liverpool shop but apparently they cannot process a refund for me! I have to either travel to Chester or send it via post to Chester. I could exchange in Liverpool but not refund. Quite a bizarre way of operating and not ideal for the customer. This will make me reconsider online purchases with this brand going forward.

I ordered a few sock fillers for my 3 boys to be delivered to the shop, then I broke my shoulder, I sent Tribal society a email for them to post it out to me, an they did free of charge what a lovely thing to do cant thank steph enough, and the stuff I ordered i am delighted with, thank you so much, will definitely be shopping there again

We love Tribal Society!!! The T Tech collection is mega, and my partner has multiple items from the store and online. The durability, design and colour ways are absolutely boss!

The staff are always so friendly and helpful in store, and I did have a slight issue with an online order recently (my fault needing something quicker than the delivery option) so had to cancel and Steph replied and sorted it with 10 minutes literally.

Not the sort of customer service you’d get from JD Sports or other big corporations.

Ordered a coat on the morning of release. They accepted my order sent me a confirmation and took my money. 8 days later I’ve still not received the item, so I check my account. To see “order unfulfilled - refunded”. The refund arrived in my bank account 9 days after purchase. No warning, no apology email, nothing. They just took my money for 9 days and then sent it back without fulfilling the order. Complete amateurs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING

They did not have the pants in the size I needed on the website only the jumper. I emailed them and Steph got straight back to me and confirmed she had one pair left in the shop and put them away for me.

The jumper I ordered online was also delivered to the store the same day.

The customer service is amazing and the quality of the clothes is amazing. 100% new favourite place to buy my sons clothes.

Brilliant I ordered a xs online by accident instead of a xl and they swapped it within minutes once I emailed them. Boss quality stuff ,miles better than any other brand of a similar price

Just received my 7th order and the quality of the new shirts is unreal,be ordering more on Saturday.

Really disappointed with this purchase which was a surprise because it’s my favourite shop. The issue I had with this is that I specified it for my son’s birthday and ordered a card from us to him and what arrived was the non personalised edition. I emailed TS and still have not received a reply. This won’t stop me shopping there but more attention to customers prefers would be recommended.
