Excellent customer service from Trendy Baby from start to finish. Ordered my dream pram which was in the clearance. Parts of it were damaged but instead of cancelling my order I got offered alternatives (colour of car seat and chassis) none of which was an issue for me and I ended up with a higher quality chassis at no extra cost. I was offered full refund if I wasn't happy but pram is exactly what I wanted.

Had a fantastic service from start to finish! Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews so messaged the company on their chat. They responded promptly to every question! Purchased the pushchair with footmuff for a great price and it was delivered the next day. Would shop here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE i paid £900 for a pushchair over 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received it even though it says it has been delivered to be sent a picture of 3 boxes. I am getting the police involved as the company have not been helpful and my baby is due in 8 weeks. I wish i wouldve trusted my gut and read everyone elses reviews about them being a bad company! Please do not order from here! They keep your money and block you

Fantastic service. Great deal on my travel system. Few hundred £ cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery in a few days. All items were perfect as described.

Ordered a pram which was on special offer & on the expected delivery day I receive an email to say sorry this sale should have never gone through & theres a problem with the site. I needed the pram for going away and instead of contacting me immediately after this so called 'incorrect sale' has gone through, they leave it a few days later and tell me I can't have the pram. Rung customer service and although apologetic, he was defensive & unhelpful.

My baby is now 8 month old and we are still waiting on the tyres we bought which we have already contacted trendy baby about to which we were told they would be sent out straight away and this was a month before he was born!! Absolute joke will be getting contacted soon or will be taking this further so disgusted

Initially I was dubious due to the price and the pushchair been out of stock with Cosatto directly however a quick phone call reassured me enough to purchase. Was told if ordered by midday that day (Friday) would be dispatched that day and delivered on Monday. Much to my suprise it turned up Sunday - even better.

We ordered the Mamas and Papas 8 Piece Travel system with a delivery time frame of 7-10 working days. On the 10th day it was dispatched and arrived today. The pram is beautiful and cost us half the price of what it would have been to buy from Mamas and Papas direct! Very happy with our bargain

I had my heart set on the Venicci Tinum 2.0 but in the colour Teal Bay (which has now been discontinued) I was let down by a separate company similar to Trendy Baby (who I won’t name) as when I messaged before purchasing, they deleted the pram off the web stock and told me it was discontinued and wouldn’t be able to get it from anywhere else.

I had never heard of trendy baby, so was very cautious about ordering from this company. But the pram bundle including iso fix was listed for almost £100 cheaper than what I would’ve paid with the other business. Took a chance on Trendy Baby and I’m so glad I did.

I emailed the company after purchasing as I hadn’t received a date for when it would be delivered, Alex who works for Trendy Baby emailed me back and told me it would be delivered the next day, and it sure was.

I now have the pram i had my heart set on, and for such and amazing price for everything! Thank you so much

I ordered the venicci tinum 2.0 rock graphite and the service I received was second to none. I ordered on a Thursday late at night the following day I had a call from Alex who was friendly knowledgeable and explained the process at that time he only had the isofix base in stock and so was arranging for the pram to come directly from venicci. I received the base with in 24hrs and had dpd messages advising of delivery times etc brilliant. In regards to the pram for some reason I didn’t receive any messages from either venicci or dpd but trendy baby responded to my queries quickly and advised me of a delivery time which was again bang on and the pram came and met all my expectations I’d definitely use and recommend trendy baby in the future thank you

The order came on time. I have ordered a Babystyle Oyster 3 Special Edition Luxury 7 Piece Travel System bundle with a great price compared to others retailers and really good quality. Was dealing with customer service for a minor thing, and they were very kind and quickly solved the problem. Really appreciate that.

I was a but hesitant at first to place an order, but I’m so glad I did order from Trendy baby. My car seat was delivered within few days, however my multi adapters I ordered were somehow rewrapped by DPD tape with no adapter in it. I contacted Trendy baby who spoke to DPD and called me to update me on DPD’s error. This was resolved promptly and I had the correct parts delivered which fit & connect perfectly with my pram and car seat. Thank you Trendy baby for your help, really happy with the service.

I was looking to purchase the Silver Cross Travel bundle from trendybaby.co.uk and unfortunately they had sold the last one. Being first time parents we had lots of questions to do with the product and spoke to a gentleman called Alex who was very helpful. He followed up with our query and knowing we were not going to purchase from trendybaby due to them running out of the product, he still spent over an hour with us and answered all our questions. We have spoken to a lot of suppliers and not all of then unfortunately have been very helpfulnor useful. I will definitely be purchasing other baby products from trendybaby purely due to their level of service and a shout out to Alex for his exceptional customer service and product and industry knowledge.

I placed my first ever order with this company yesterday and was a little cautious as the stroller I purchased was £230 everywhere else, but £129 from this store. The website was super easy to navigate to order the item and I received a tracking number for DPD fairly quickly. The item was dispatched the same day and arrived just over 24 hours after the initial order! The stroller was absolutely perfect and I'm more than happy with my experience ordering from this company! I would highly recommend them to anyone

Best experience ever with this company. I originally ordered a pram from the baby show at Olympia back in October to be delivered in January ahead of my babies arrival, long story short they really let me down with the pram and couldn’t meet the timescale leaving me with only two weeks to get a pram.
I found trendy baby online, and called them up to enquire about their prams and how long delivery would be. I spoke to one the of the team members called Alex, he was extremely helpful and patient and even emailed me photos of the pram I liked in different lighting so I could see the colour. He then put the pram I wanted aside and still continued to be assist me via email and telephone. Two days later I placed the order and Alex made sure to put these items aside for me and arranged for next working day delivery. I was absolutely over the moon with the level of customer service recommended, I live in Essex so am very far from the shop, just wished I lived closer as I would have visited in person. Will recommend trendy baby to anyone else, unbeatable prices and fantastic customer service. Thank you again Alex you have made a very stressful experience for me, most enjoyable by turning it round within a couple of days :)

I have bought a buggy for my trip, which was delivered by DPD couriers, however, that day I was at work so i left a note on my DPD app that parcel needs to be left by my flat door upstairs or with a neighbor (I specifically wrote it down which neighbor) so DPD driver instead just chucked my parcel and left in the communal area, unsafe, where anyone and everyone can have access to. I have complained to both trendy baby and DPD and all they keep telling me that i need to speak with DPD and then they tell me I need to speak with trendy baby. Trendy baby phone lines are never open, even tho they say they are from tuesday to friday, no response to emails. Such a horrible company and retailer. They also send me a screenshot of my notes that i left on the app and still trying to say that DPD left the parcel safe, yeah it was delivered but clearly not to me and also courier did not follow any of the instructions that i left. so what is the point to leave notes like that

Got my pram last year from trendy baby and I absolutely LOVE IT, never had any problems with getting the pram, they gave me a tracking number and kept me up to date with everything! The wheel bearings went on my wheel and they dealt with it with the pram company and I got it asap I think I waited 1-2days for it. Don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews great contact and amazing products from this company, would 100% buy from here again!

Me and my wife have payed for a pram totaling £997 in price. This was on the 17/01/2023 it is now the 25/01/2023 with still no update of when the order will be arriving or receipt for the order. With less than 7 weeks un till due date, our baby could be here any day. Very upset we will be contacting treading standards if we do not receive a reply. (79128)
