I order off tic tok and yhey canceled my order saying address is invalid and can't ship to it. Well who ever they r I have lived here 46 years. !!!

Do not order from this company. First the customer service rep named Rina is disrespectful she hung up in my face. Second I ordered a book that was 4.95 and got a 27 dollar charge on my account. Rina states she can not give me a refund. 27 dollars was not authorized. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

This website is a joke as they deserve a 0. Beware!!! Took forever to get an order. If you order one item all the sudden you get charged for 3 then have to email and wait for a refund. Still missing a package they said was delivered. Never again!! BEWARE. Do not buy from them!!!

I was disappointed with online shopping websites due to delayed shipping. Finally I found Trend Savvy few months back and really happy with fast shipping. Receiving my orders in just 3-4 days! I must say this is the best shopping website.

I am extremely happy with my purchases. All my products are of high-quality. Trend Savvy will be my go-to shop for buying fashion accessories.

I bought a pair of fendi sunglasses on sale on their website. Later, my friends made me realized that those sunglasses are being sold for a much less original price everywhere else (including fendi’s website). So they basically boost the price on their website and then they have a 50% off sale which sounds great but the price is fraudulent to start with. Beware!

Unfortunately this company has filed for bankruptcy leaving many customers with unfilled orders, or like me with a credit that was never used. I suggest contacting your credit card company if you have an order that was placed with them and never filled , or if if you had a refund or a credit that you did not get to use.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses but they sent me the wrong pair. Emailed 3 times to try to exchange but no response. I tried to contact them on Instagram but their account suddenly went private, and now it is deleted. Website went from being under construction to non-existent. If you had ordered something in the past 2 weeks and are having problems trying to contact them you are not alone. This website/product was endorsed by an IG influencer and even though the site looked shady I ordered anyway. Big mistake.

This company is fraudulent and deserves 0 star. Ordered a product and they emailed days later to offer an alternative since what I ordered was no longer available. I accepted the alternative, waited for over 2 weeks and didn’t get the product or a shipping notification. I requested a cancellation after 3 weeks of waiting. They stopped responding to my emails, haven't refunded my money, their website is under construction and their phone line is not in use. Trendsavvy is a SCAM!!! Stay away!

I had placed an order, and decided to cancel the order, wanting to place a new one. I asked them to cancel within the hour from the time the order was placed. I messaged them via chat, and they cancelled it, and said I would see the refund on my credit card within 5-10 business days. They never refunded me, despite my opening several chats on their website, sending them emails, trying to call them (no one answers). The person in the chat said I would see a refund soon, and then never followed up by email, and no refund on my card. They basically kept my money for a product that I was never sent because they cancelled the order

Gave a defective product and so difficult on Refunding

I was looking for a dress from the brand For Love & Lemons called Piper party dress, they have a similar looking dress for much more than the actual dress and their website claims everything they have is authentic. If they're going to make a knockoff of the original they shouldn't try to pass it off as anything else, or charge more for it.

Ever since I have received my order. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service so I can start my return process. Called their "customer service" line multiple times and get sent straight to voicemail and of course their "voicemail" box is full. This is ridiculous. How can I start my return plus be able to mail it within 14 days when there is no existence of a "customer service" team

I was looking for some nice Levi's and found everywhere to be expensive. Trendsavvy had a great price and the pants fit perfectly. I got free shipping and got the pair in 2 days! Just placed another order with them

If I could rate this a - 10 I would. This company is awful! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. I have been dealing with trend savvy for a few months now and have to say I am VERY disappointed with the customer service. I’ve ordered items from this company a few times now and keep sending the items back because the items are not what I ordered or because the items looked nothing like the item that was advertised online. There is zero care taken into the delivery process. I ordered a pair of joggers are few weeks ago and today I opened my package and its a 3xl purple knit cardigan, I'm sorry but wth.

I have been shopping with Trend savvy for a while now. I honestly don’t think I would shop elsewhere. Mainly because there customer service is unbelievable!!! Every time I have any issue- the solve it and go above and beyond to make it a GREAT experience. To add- they have amazing selections and great promotions. I love love love this place and I love that it is Canadian!

I had such an amazing expierence with Trendsavvy. not only are they extremely inclusive they are so generous and every month they donate to a unique charity and give back. they have one of the best customer service teams 'ive ever dealt with. quick response time and very helpful. 5 stars for me.

Trend Savvy has hands down given me the best customer experience I have ever had. Not only is their selection incredible (I can find more styles in my favorite brand of jeans in my size on Trend Savvy than on the actual brand's website), they fulfill orders promptly and if you do happen to experience an issue they respond quickly and go above and beyond to correct the issue.

Moreover, the fact that they accept Sezzle as a payment method means that purchasing high quality items is now more accessible to more people.

I will not buy my jeans anywhere else, and I'm SO happy to have found them
