Never arrived, cross messages consistently that it’s in transit or it’s been delivered whe. Tracking says otherwise. Promised 2-3 day postage took 4 weeks. Don’t bother

Product was not as described. Images showed 3-D figures, but they were 2-D "sticker"-like and on flat clear disc's. Extremely over priced.

It was bad, it wasn’t exactly what was advertised, the design on the mug was not what was shown on your advertisement, also kept getting emails that the item was not ready to be shipped as of this morning, however I got it delivered today. Overall bad experience and I’m totally unhappy with the purchase.

If you're considering a purchase from trendingnowe I urge you to think twice. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. After placing an order and waiting for over more than a month, I discovered that the package was lost in transit because the company failed to include my phone number on the shipping label.

Without my phone number, I received no text or phone notifications about the delivery. Instead of addressing their mistake, their customer service team deflected responsibility. They claimed all contact information was processed correctly and repeatedly sent me the same uninformative tracking links, insisting I hunt down the package myself before it got returned. After spending two hours traveling to the post office, I learned they didn’t even have the package, and the staff confirmed that the missing phone number was indeed the problem.

When I asked for a refund for the lost item, they unbelievably asked me to provide official documentation from the post office to prove their error. I sent screenshots from my personal post office account showing the tracking number wasn’t linked to my phone, but they ignored the evidence, offering the same unhelpful responses. I'm done dealing with them and am filing a chargeback with my bank.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE INCONVENIENCE IS NOT WORTH IT.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. In late June, I ordered a special edition 1/64th scale 1980s ambulance, commemorating the 60th anniversary of EMS. Trendingnowe processed my order but a few weeks later offered a very different looking Lego ambulance instead of the one I ordered. I refused and demanded my original item or a refund. The company has not issued a refund or sent my model despite numerous e-mail exchanges and promises that the item would be sent. I feel I have been stiffed. Trendingnow is a sham and I would not recommend doing business with them. I lost nearly $50 with no recourse because the company is apparently located in Vietnam. What a disgraceful way to do business.

They have stolen a design from an indie wrestler and are selling it as their own without the person's authorization.

I not only received my order in a timely manner, I received constant updates during the process. The quality of the product was excellent.

Purchased a Star Wars piece for my front lawn from trendingnowe.com. I paid with PayPal got confirmation that it was paid for and I have had zero contact or info regarding my order since it truly feels like a scam. I have reached out to PayPal and have an investigation currently started. I’ve reached out to the website and I’ve had zero response.
Beware and stay away
The purchase was made on your website. This is fraud and all I’m doing is warning everyone.
PayPal has also reached out to you and the denial continues. All I ever wanted was to receive what I ordered.
