The received item was not as advertised but a cheap knockoff, when I asked for a refund they told me to ship it back to China for $80 at my expense, the entire purchase was $106. A total scam.

Climatiseur 149.98€ ne refroidit pas même d'1 degré 10m2. En plus ils demandent de payer les frais,de retour de plus de 73€. C'est honteux et la publicité est mensongère. N'achetez pas cet article. Comme chauffage il fonctionne mais il y a plus commode et adapté pour chauffer. Le cordon électrique est très court.

I ordered and paid for one Solyball Portable Air Conditioning Unit, but the item delivered to me was a PTC Wall Mounted Heater. This is not the product I purchased
In addition, the delivery was significantly delayed, causing considerable inconvenience. Having received the wrong item after such a delay is completely unacceptable.
I have contacted the merchant to request a refund or to have them send me the correct item, but I have received no postive response.

The unit I received doesn't cool at all! It’s a scam costing over €70. It’s outright theft, with no address provided for returns or refunds (and extremely long delivery times—over 4 weeks).

Je pensais commander un climatiseur mobile fabrication par un ingénieur français et en définitive j'ai reçu un appareil qui venait directement de Chine.

Ordered a coolizi unit which should have been as described in Google article it was manufactured by UK engineer who developed it to cool /fan / heat with no outdoor unit. When I received it yesterday from China I wasn't impressed the only function was heating and recirculating hot air . This was a fan heater not an air conditioner as stated in the article . My own fault it said full refunds if not totally satisfied . That appears to be rubbish . Dream on everyone don't expect better it ain't going to happen .

I ordered the Skeleton Rider and got a piece of junk. The ad showed a 3D Biker. What I got was a piece of painted tin. What a rip off.

ich habe eine ware bestellt, wo man meinte, es kommt aus Deutschland. nach der Bestellung war ersichtlich, dass das Prodoukt aus China kommt...
Das Produkt entsprach in keiner WEise dem Foto und dem Angebot.
Also wollte ich retour schicken... dies ist nur möglich, wenn selber die Kosten (die sehr hoch sind) übernommen werden.
ich wollte das Geld zurück- ist nicht mölgich...
irgendwann gibt man auf und denkt, war rausgeschmissenes Geld - nächstes mal mehr aufpassen...

I received the item ordered but it was the wrong size, ordered XL and received 2XL in 3XL packaging. It also did not heat up as advertised. When I contacted the company, they offered me $8 to keep the merchandise. Have not heard r seen any type of refund yet.

Impossible de le rendre car il faut renvoyer en Chine hors sur la publicité il parle d’un concepteur allemand.

Defective product and support demands a video to prove it. Ever try emailing a video?
Option to return is to post it to Hong Kong for repair or replacement. I am positive this won't happen.
I'll take my licks for being stupid and ordering in the first place.

you know it is a scam when there is no phone number, says product is made in the USA and the address given is in CHINA

"scam" store - product arrived, but malfunctioning / dangerous. Non of any EU regualtions ist fullfilled. They did not even try to comply by putting a sticker with the manufacturer on it. Return not possible. etc.. My fault to have ordered.

I ordered and paid for an order which I have never received. I have contact customer service 2 times, no response. I will be filing with the BBB, hopefully to prevent others from losing money.
