Guides were very helpful and nice. Rides were good. Dinners were nice. Snacks during the rides were just fair - not enough variety. We had much better snacks on our San Juan Islands ride last June.

Biking Croatia was amazing with Trek Travel. The guides did such a good job welcoming everyone and getting the group to mess. I loved the routes and knowing if there was a problem one of the guides was not too far away.

This was our 7th trip with Trek Travel, and when we were waiting for the train at the end of the trip, we were already planning what will be our next.

Everything about Trek Travel trips is awesome, the guides are always top notch, and the bikes are even nicer than what I've got at home and always in perfect shape. The routes are great, any touristy side quests are interesting and enjoyable, we've got no complaints at all!

Good guides, scenery and bikes.

Guides Ben, Isadora, and Drew were amazing. They made the experience feel personalized and fun. The trip was well organized, equipment was in top condition, and routes suitable for all levels of riders.

Beautiful location and routes. The trip guides were outstanding. They were helpful and provided great support. They were all willing to make the extra effort to make sure you were having the best experience possible. Riding the Trek Checkpoint SL7 was also a great experience.

Great trip! 7 guests: three couples and a single. We all got along very well. Our talented trip leaders, Fergus and Donnacha, gifted us each day with humor, wit, storytelling, history, and even singing! Scenic cycling routes: especially the Beara Peninsula, Gap of Dunloe, and a boat ride to Garnish. The Trek bikes were excellent.

Trek Travel does a very good job in describing their tours online, allowing us to choose the tour that fits our abilities and interest. The staff is very informative in helping us prepare for our trip. We've completed several tours, and this year's Germany-Austria was wonderful. The guides are so professional and personable. And the bikes are top-notch. We loved biking through the rolling countryside, hilly forest areas and along beautiful lakes plus touring the monastery and castle. The local food was plentiful and delicious.

These guys just do a great job. The guides are all first rate, and they take care of you. The hotels you stay in, and the restaurants you eat at, are first rate, too. The guides often seem to have good personal relationships with the hotel & restaurant staff, which is significant. Trek thinks of all the details. I've done two Avid trips with them, and they know what serious riders, even old ones like me, want. I got set up at some point with a top notch massage tailored to a road cyclist on both trips. They give you the tools, and trust you to take care of yourself, if that is what you want.

Our trip exceeded our expectations! Our guides were phenomenal! They treated us like royalty and made sure we had everything we needed. The bikes were very comfortable and worked great.

We really enjoyed all of the amazing cultural experiences and restaurants that were part of the experience! The food was incredible! Our entire group became our friends. We really enjoyed the small group experience.

Another fun Trek Travel bike trip. We chose the Denmark/Sweden trip this time because of the hot temperatures in other parts of Europe. We weren’t disappointed. Moderate temperatures, beautiful country, and responsive and friendly guides. We’re already planning next year’s Trek Travel trip!

The guides made the difference. Having a French guide in France who was a local was a game changer. The bikes are top notch. The cultural experiences were great

My husband and I went on the Trek bike trip in Germany and Austria. The trip was perfect in every way! I loved my e-bike, so much so, that I bought one like it when I got home! The number of miles and amount of elevation each day were just right for me. The views while riding were spectacular! Our guides kept track of us, but we also had a gps device with the map of the day’s route just in case. Our guides were friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable of the area.

The meals that were included were very good, and the hotels (2 different ones) were top notch. We could walk to the downtown areas for dinner on our own on the nights that dinner was not included. I particularly loved the Das Konig Ludwig Hotel! I would come back just to stay here!! It had several pools (indoor, outdoor, natural pool, and a jacuzzi pool), a spa, and an amazing view of the mountains! My only complaint is that temperatures were hotter than normal, and this hotel did not have A/C in the rooms, only in the common areas.

We enjoyed the side excursions, particularly the Neuschwanstein Castle.
The tour of the castle was very interesting, and it is just beautiful inside!

My only complaint is that at the end of the tour, our choices for the shuttle were to either be dropped off at a nearby train station or driven to Innsbruck (about 2 hours away). We were going to Munich, so we had to navigate the train schedule, which was a little confusing and nerve racking! We did just so happen to have one of our guides there who was also going to Munich and who was able to help us. However, since our guides picked us up at the start of the trip in Munich, it would be nice if they returned us to Munich.

Overall, I would highly recommend this trip to bicycle lovers! Definitely worth the price. I give it an A+. 😍

What an amazing trip in Norway! Our amazing guides, our beautiful accommodations , and fantastic food. I have some memories I will cherish always. We made new friends! Camilla and Carolina were awesome!

The trip was as expected and anticipated. Good advertising. Also, it was recommended by Bev from the Santa Barbara ride, so we had a good intro going into the adventure.

Guides were superior.
At first, I was not a fan of Aaron, but then he helped me one day understand aspects of the bike and how to approach the ride. It helped significantly and made the rest of the week so much more everything! It was the ice-breaker that I needed with him.
Sammy is just funny and a good one to serve as the leader. One criticism is that he needs to learn to draw out the participants into the conversation. The cyclists tend to focus on the guide experiences, but we need to get to know the others better too. He is a good leader who can make that happen.

The food - that was an issue for some of us. We put our preferences and allergy concerns on the sheets. The guides were understanding and tried to comply with the meals they had control.
However, the inns and restaurants were not compliant. They did not understand cross-contamination at all - especially on Orcas. The crab boil was a disaster for us. I cannot eat meat, and the sausage was cooked with the boil. I did not have a chance to extract my corn or potatoes before it was dumped into the boil. The vegetarian option was unsatisfactory as a substitute. This is a major area to improve. Somehow, the restaurant needs to supply the substitute to the guides so that the cyclist can validate that it will be ok. The woman leading the meal was very rude and uncaring. This was the final dinner and should have been a highlight.

Why not use the garden for the social before the final meal - it is beautiful and secluded. Not like the park that we already had time to explore. Small suggestion - survey the wine preference before the social (I felt bad for Aaron with our group of red wine drinkers).

Also, I love the pictures from the guides, but there were often pictures that I wanted from other cyclists. Trying to send each other stuff was very cumbersome with limited connectivity, and besides, the idea is to enjoy the experience. Take care of uploading photos when chilling at night. Can't there be a group site for us to upload and download from as we like? Other companies use a 30-day SmugMug or something similar to share.

Beautiful views with a great variety of gravel road conditions combined with extremely knowledgable guides made for an exceptional week.

The routes were great. The accommodations and food were excellent. The guides are amazing with their support and guidance. It’s 6 days of bliss!
