Treksaler Omdömen 

My experience with Treksaler.com has been extremely concerning.

On **18 June 2026**, I suddenly started receiving emails from Treksaler.com welcoming me as a new customer, even though I had **never knowingly created an account or registered on the website**.

Two emails arrived at exactly the same time:

* One welcomed me to Treksaler.com and informed me that I had received a **€40 gift card** in shopping credits.
* The other welcomed me as a new member, asked me to **create a password for my account**, and confirmed that I had purchased a **2-day VIP Membership (€19.99)** which would automatically renew.

The strange part is that I never created this account in the first place. The email itself asked me to set a password, meaning no password had ever been configured by me.

Shortly afterwards, unauthorized charges started appearing on a virtual payment card that I use only for selected online purchases.

The charges were:

* 18/06/2026: €19.98
* 18/06/2026: €15.34
* 20/06/2026: €65.01
* 04/07/2026: €65.01
* 18/07/2026: €65.01

In total, I was charged more than **€230**.

Every time a new €65.01 charge was made, I received another email telling me that my account had been "**recharged**" and that the money had been converted into shopping credits. Those emails also warned that the credits would expire after 90 days if they were not used.

On **1 August 2026**, I even received another email informing me that **my subscription plan had been changed automatically** to **"Starter Mini Membership"**, despite the fact that I had never used the website or made a single purchase.

Before taking any further action, I tried repeatedly to resolve the issue directly with the company.

I contacted customer support twice by email and also submitted a message through the contact form on their website. I requested basic information about the alleged registration, including the originating IP address, device, referral URL, or any evidence showing how the account had supposedly been created.

I never received a response to any of my requests.

I also informed them that I would report the matter to the police if they continued to ignore my messages. Again, there was no reply.

Another detail I found very unusual is that every recurring payment was processed at around **6:00 a.m.**

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend checking your bank statements carefully if you have ever had any interaction with this website. If you notice any transaction that you do not recognize, contact your bank immediately and block the payment card.

In my case, the customer support was completely unresponsive, unauthorized recurring charges continued to be processed, and I have been left with hundreds of euros converted into credits for a website that I never intended to join.

They scam you into a subscription (i really don't know how, they said i purchased a gift card, which i never did) and then they force you to leave a good review if you want a refund for the money they charged to your creditcard for nothing.

The company listened to my requests to cancel my account with no problems nick was very understanding and very thorough full account was cancelled with in 24 hours money refunded with in 7 days thanks for your support great company will be using them again when the time is wright for me thanks again 😀
