TREEBO hotels is BIG RED FLAG FOR ALL FOREIGNERS

That is the way how TREEBO welcomes their foreign guests: they fail to follow the foreigners registration's laws, but it will be YOU who they easily get rid of by offering you downgrade, shifting you to another hotel at some outskirts at your own cost or simply by cancelling your booking all of a sudden with a partial refund only. And then you find yourself suddenly packing your stuff, quickly making a new hotel reservation, moving your luggage late at night, covering all taxi costs by yourself instead of all your previous plans. Doesn't it sound amazing to you, does it?!
Treebo hotel where we stayed wasn't able to provide us C Forms that are an absolute must and a requirement of the Indian government. We contacted even the support team of the chain Treebo to receive the forms.
Their solutions were:
1. Downgrade to a hotel (cheaper one) where we should move by taxi ourselves at own cost the same day as that another hotel could make C Forms. But that location wasn't convenient for us and 40 minutes taxi ride in Bangalore traffic could easily take more than one hour. So, complete waste of time and money and the feeling that it is only us who should suffer and lose time, money for that Treebo's failure to comply with the Indian laws, basically for breaking the laws and their illegal actions.
2. Cancellation of our booking the same day when only one night passed from our 3 nights stay. We preferred this option. So, they decided to get rid of us (read: possible government fines up to 50 000 INR for their illegal actions).
After some fight per phone with one of their representatives (again our time wasted) they agreed to refund only 50% for all that damage that they had caused: we chose this hotel due to the location only (we needed to be in that area), we had to leave the hotel on the 2nd day of our stay (we booked 3 nights), we had to leave late in the evening, pack our stuff, find a new proper hotel ourselves, make a booking, pay again, move and wait for their refund of course as it takes time.
TREEBO puts you under risk and at the same time makes you the only responsible for all their mistakes. "Outstanding hospitality". So, please avoid TREEBO hotels as much as you can for your own safety and health.

Treebo The Empire Near Taj Mahal Agra

We stayed in Treebos The empire hotel in agra..The worst stay with broken doors, windows, fan not working, dead AC..pls don't go for it.. we had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and now that there are no 2 proper rooms, we have adjusted in one single room..we have paid for 2 rooms and also rs.500 extra for an early check in at 9am

Not trustworthy.

Hi i stayed in itsy hotels prime stay in jail road,delhi. I paid at the reception and the guy said when you would check out twice and it was fishy. Today around 1:40 am there were 2 guys on bike which were following my house. It's not trustworthy and not recommended for family and friends.

Don’t book any Treebo hotels .they are very poor to solve your issues while have any problems on check in your money has gone not get any refund if you are not check in and any other reason not get any cancellation from thare end.so find hotel and go dierect to the hotel for best rate.

Pathetic is the only word to describe…

Pathetic is the only word to describe the experience
Horrible experience. One should never fall for treebo properties.
1. Out 45 days old booking for treebo skydale got cancelled just 16hours ago. We were made to shift to this windsor heights property only to further increase our inconvenience.
2. We were travelling with 1 child and 1 baby and our parents. The property is far from main city.
3. The approach road is so bad that one cant even think to step out
4. Food is terrible. The breakfast buffet only serves idli, water sambar, bread and boiled egg. They dont even make an omellete for kids
5. The housekeeping is next level pathetic.check the photos, they dont even clean the plates at the table
6. We made them clean the spoon serving tray and coffee and sugar are kept in old containers for the guests.
7. Toilet seat came off. Heater remote does not work. No toiletries or room slippers given. And the list is endless
Simply put- dont waste your money and trip, especially if traveling with family. HORRIBLE IS THE WORD FOR THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING FOOLED BY TREEBO TRENDS.

They just believe in exploiting…

They just believe in exploiting customers through dynamic pricing without any priority services for the premium price paid. Be careful while booking hotels through treebo. They might charge you 10K per night for a hotel of 1K which is more like a lodge.

Extreme disappointment and frustration…

Extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of progress in initiating a refund for my booking that went through but I did not receive a confirmation for.

I made a booking on the 29th of October for 2 days from November 2–4 in the woodland residency through treebo.com. I immediately received the payment receipt, but the booking confirmation was not initiated by the hotel. I made a complaint through support and did not receive any response, upon which I contacted the hotel several times directly throughout the week. As per their direction, I contacted the Treebo representative and did not take any action to resolve the issue.

Upon arrival at the hotel, my family had to book another room with a separate payment. Even upon repeated requests, I have not received any communication or indication that the refund is being processed for the first booking and payment I made. This lack of transparency and delayed response have left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your company.

Failure to address this matter promptly had compeled me to share this on various social media platforms and review websites, highlighting the unsatisfactory service I have received from your company to make sure no one else loses their money like this.

I did double booking for 3 rooms on the…

I did double booking for 3 rooms on the same date and same hotel, After that i requested to cancel the one booking since it was double booking and its been 45 days now and no one replied for the refund. its worst channel to book online, guys be carefuly if you plan to cancel then you wont get your refund nor customer service is going to reply you back.

do not work with!

I worked with this company in January. Provided everything they asked for, and they approved it. 5 months later they still hadn’t paid and hadn’t responded to any of my messages. They then send out a bulk message to everyone they worked with (which is a huge data breach as you can see everyone’s details) and tell us to resubmit our invoices. The email thread went wild as they haven’t paid anyone in what looks like a year. Will not be resubmitting my invoice as their have you jump through so many hoops and then never pay.

This company approached my business to…

This company approached my business to work with them on a promo article. Approved the article then failed to pay their bill, 6 months after non payment asked us to re-invoice several times and continued not to pay. Then demanded we 'stop backdating' the overdue invoice from months earlier, and re-invoice at a new date so it was no longer overdue. Warning to other businesses, this business is a scam and will not pay their bills.

A complete scam

A complete scam!
Me and my partner booked this via Booking.com and we were arriving late - we let them know 3/4 times before we arrived that it would be late. After an hour taxi to the hotel we were turned away and all they said was ‘no foreigners’ we asked for a refund and the manager laughed and said ‘take it up with booking.com’
We were turned away around 1am and they didn’t care if we slept on the streets / they’ve stolen from us and laughed at us - they made my partner feel very unsafe and we had to get a taxi back to the airport - so 2 taxis and no refund is a very expensive evening and then to be laughed at by the manger with no refund is absolutely disgusting / before you book this place please, please find somewhere else who will look after you and not scam you and compromise your safety.

REFUNDS -Treebo Hotels / Ruptub Solutions suck

REFUNDS -Treebo Hotels / Ruptub Solutions SUCK.
I made a booking in Treebo Trend Majestic Palms (Booking.com ID: 3171354094) and cancelled it on 21st December 2022.
According to their information on 21st December 2022, I would be refunded ₹53,665, Ruptub Solutions Pvt L Bangalore IN, charged on 21st December.
"Your booking for Treebo Trend Majestic Palms,Goa has been cancelled as requested. You will receive a refund (if applicable) for this booking within 7 working days. We hope to host you another time."
According to their information on Treebo's website FAQ:
1)How do I find the status of my refund?
Refund, if applicable will be auto reversed within 15 business days from the date of refund request. In case your request has exceeded 15 business days, please report this through the Support section in our website or you may chose to call Treebo helpline on 9322-800-100 .
Not possible in the Support section
Helpline recognises the problem but has been useless. I called twice requesting the refund, sent the copy to Ms , and nothing!!!
2)What is the booking cancellation policy?
In case of booking made via other online portals, please contact respective online portal for cancellation.
Booking made through booking.com, free cancellation policy.
Cancelled with booking.com on 21st December. Booking .com says:
No prepayment must be made ... only a deposit to validate the card...
Ruptub Solutions charged the total amount and did not reverse.
The refund must be made by Treebo Hotels / Ruptub Solutions and has already sent the request.

Do Treebo Hotels refund in 5 working days? 15 working days?
20 working days have passed and Treebo / Ruptub Solutions keep my money and do not give it back.
Will they ever?
