What can I say AMAZING!!
What can I say!! Jess is AMAZING! She has the best customer service I have ever received!! I brought my first pair of earrings from her last month for my mums birthday and I ordered them short notice, the stranded delivery that I selected stated that the earrings wouldn’t get to me in time which I was really worried about! So I gave Jess a message and within 3 minutes she had replied and stated that she would get them sent out ASAP for me on first class, and they turned up the next day!!! I was amazed! I then ordered my second pair of earrings last week for another gift, however I wanted the card to say “Nanny” which I couldn’t see as an option on the website so I dropped Jess another message asking if she did a “Nanny” card she said that she didn’t as of yet but she would contact her supplier and get one made especially for me! She got them to me ASAP and they’re beautiful! What can I say this lady gives the best service I have ever received and the most GORGEOUS products! I will deffienlty be a regular thankyou Jess xxx
