I gave them my serial number. They told me what belt I needed. I got it in about 2 days. Great service. Better price than the original manufacturer.

Great customer service
The treadmill walking belt I ordered last year started to break in about sixth month. I contacted treadmill doctor by email with photos. Jojie, the customer service representative, helped me resolve the problem promptly. I received a replacement belt in a few days. Although I have to replace the belt again, I’m happy for the service. How to fix L2 problem
Kevin was of immense help to me in being able to effectively diagnose my issue (lower control board) and getting the parts and being able to test it and get it working. All good. Kevin is great!
