He publicado con 3 sellos diferentes, ahora traxsource ha eliminado uno de mis sellos sin previo aviso perdiendo todos los temas incluidos en ese sello.
I had several releases scheduled with Paradise Circus Music and Seve17een, including an exclusive series and a full catalog re-release with the labels. With no notice, Traxsource removed the labels entirely.
I had no personal disputes with them. I’m just a music producer and music artist. And yet, because of their poor handling of a rights situation that didn’t even involve my releases, all my plans for 2025 are trashed.
I spent months producing, mixing, and pre-promoting focused on beatport and traxsource, now everything is gone because of their internal mismanagement and retaliation.
This platform does not care about music or musicians.
As the A&R and Rights Management representative for multiple labels, including Seve17een and Paradise Circus Music, I am appalled by the recent decision made by Traxsource to remove these labels without my knowledge or involvement.
The label Paradise Circus Music operates under a clear agreement with Gabriel, the legal owner of the label, granting me full autonomy to oversee its development, curate its catalog, and sign new talent. That agreement—and its spirit—has been completely violated by Traxsource’s actions.
We were never contacted. No official notification, no opportunity to respond, and no respect shown. The decision was taken behind closed doors. Traxsource communicated only with the distributor, without ever involving the actual rights holders or the individuals managing the day-to-day operations of these labels. The removal was not a matter of policy or law—it was an arbitrary choice.
The result? Not just a technical deletion, but a deliberate erasure of our artists’ work, time, emotional investment, and strategic planning.
Paradise Circus Music had several upcoming projects, including collaborations with artists from around the world and genre-blending releases.
All of it, gone without a trace or explanation.
This level of corporate arrogance and disregard for artistic labor is unacceptable. I will no longer support or recommend Traxsource as a platform.
They have made it clear they would rather silence small voices than create transparent or fair solutions.
There is no future with platforms that do not respect creators and their rights.
I’m an artist who was preparing my debut EP and follow-up projects with Paradise Circus Music.
I watched as Traxsource took down the label with no transparency, no respect, and no warning.
The people affected were not even involved in the dispute.
My friends and collaborators, especially Gabriel and Rika, were treated terribly, despite being some of the most professional and dedicated people I’ve worked with.
If this is how they treat artists and label teams, I want nothing to do with Traxsource.
I will not be using this platform, and I encourage all upcoming artists to avoid it entirely, inform your labels to don't release your music on it, and if you're independant avoid it at all costs.
Update:
After my previous review and continued efforts to clarify matters, Traxsource took the extreme step of requesting the removal of all associated labels—including Seve17een and Paradise Circus Music—from their platform, despite these labels having no involvement in the original dispute.
This action was taken without any communication with the myself or managers of those labels and without regard for the dozens of artists affected. This confirms that Traxsource's response to legitimate legal concerns is not based on resolving the matter fairly but rather silencing those who assert their rights.
Their actions punished uninvolved collaborators and undermined months of creative work, artist planning, and label development.
I was hoping they werent going so far, I no longer recommend this platform to anyone serious about protecting their work, contracts, or legal standing.
Trust is not given blindly—it is earned. And in this case, thoroughly lost.
Original Review:
As a long-time music professional and owner of a legally established and trademarked label, I was deeply disappointed by my experience with Traxsource. Despite approaching them with legitimate intellectual property concerns, supported by verifiable documentation, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional.
I reached out in good faith, warning that their platform was hosting copyrighted and trademarked material without authorization. My intent was never to threaten, but to inform them of their liability as a hosting platform should the issue remain unresolved. In the end, the infringing content was removed—yet Traxsource chose to penalize me for raising the issue in the first place.
They refused to work with my label, not because of any wrongdoing on my part, but because I asserted my legal rights. They also cited a review allegedly written by me—something I had no involvement with which was written by someone else—as justification for their decision. This is not the level of professionalism expected from a platform claiming to support independent creators.
I provided clear legal ownership records, public transparency, and proof of my affiliation with verified distributors. Instead of addressing this, Traxsource chose avoidance. Their reasoning? That I had previously issued a “threat,” when in reality, I simply informed them of the consequences of continuing to distribute protected content—a legal truth, not a threat.
Their own platform policy states that they don’t require exclusivity but recommend inclusion to be eligible for features. Ironically, they excluded my label completely—not due to contract breaches or copyright violations, but due to my insistence on protecting what’s legally mine.
I respect any company’s right to determine partnerships. However, reviews reflect experience, and my experience with Traxsource was one of legal dismissal, selective enforcement, and bias. If their future conduct reflects a true commitment to fairness, I remain open to dialogue. Until then, I stand by this review as a factual recount of how they handled the situation.
They dont respect copyright law and trademark law.
Specifically they dont obey the true label owner to keep the music removed.
Ownership proof has been provided in the DMCA, their policy IS NOT LAW, and because they dont respect the law, is something i dont reccomend this.
He took legal action but they recently stated they will re-enable the music for not having a court order, heres the thing, over here in this country you first make a police report which then the police makes the paperwork and sends it to courthouse.
Its impossible to get a court order here in 10 days or less, however, copyright law and trademark law still applies.
Because of that i been told to make this review since i work with the label affected, i for sure will do my very best to make sure the music will never be sent to Traxsource if they still deal with stuff like this.
Avoid using traxsource and sell directly to customers thru other means.
I don't know if my previous review wast posted (can find it anymore).
I was very angry (also cause i have other issue with online payement with other company).
So i was probably kind a rude after buying a song wich came from an a dj set and not an unofficial release.
So i write to traxsource to be refund.
And even i was not really polite, i receive a kind message from him in wich they admit the song come from a DJ set an was not appropriate for her catalogue and refund me directly.
Thank you very much to the traxsource team.
And my my apologies for the angry message and review.
ive lost all my files from 2021 TO NOW ABOUT 3000 MP3S LOST TRAXSOURCE PREVENTS YOU FROM REDOWNLOADING
MAJOR INCONVENIENCE ON A SATURDAY JUST BEFORE A DJ SET FOR AN IMPORTANT EVENT I AM SERIOSLY INCONVENIENCED IT WILL TAKE DAYS OF WORK TO SORT OUT GOING THROUGH REMOVABLE HARD DRIVES WILL NOT BE USING TRAXSOURCE AGAIN UNLESS THEY SERIOUSLY APPOLOGISE FOR RUINING MY LIFE AND DELIVER MY MP3 GOODS IN FULL WHICH I HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR SINCE MAY 2021
This very bad company is selling our copyrighted music without permission, although we requested the take down of our music 3 days ago, because they are working with a very bad german label. We see nothing of our money. All other companies like spotify, amazon, apple etc. immediately took our CD down, but Traxsource uses our music without permission. Please do not buy our music because we do not see any penny. We will involve lawyers and initiate claims for damages against Traxsource if they do not take our music down immediately! Our Band that gets cheated is called Lofi Lofaa
I've been using Traxsource for many years now and I have only had two issues with tracks on their site. One was not a Traxsource issue but they still refunded me because the track was almost impossible to mix, the second order had two issues but these were rectified almost immediately. I DJ and so I rely on these orders to be of a good quality and they always meet the required standard.
What I don't appreciate is that traxsource sells tracks that do not meet the specified sound quality. If you buy tracks at traxsource I would recommend downloading a acoustic spectrum analyser (like the free "Spek" app) to test the actual sound quality.
