For someone like myself, that has not much experience in filling out forms or online, I fined Dean to be very patient in explaining everything for me.

The process of purchasing the tickets was smoothly carried out.

I recently made 2 bookings with Paul of Travyaan Limited on 18th Sept'24 as per following details:

1. Vishambar Mehrotra Upper Class Ref. EACLVK
2. Lovina Mehrotra Premium Economy Ref. EAG2AO

I was in constant touch with the agent Paul for 2 days until we settled on the travel date and ticket price while REPEATEDLY AND CONSTANTLY telling him that I was looking for a FLEXIBLE ticket for both and am aware of the extra fare for a flexible ticket.

On checking with Virgin Atlantic airlines I am now informed that these ticket are NON FLEXIBLE tickets. The agent Paul has cheated us by charging us prices for flexible tickets but issued NON FLEXIBLE TICKETS. He never once mentioned that the fare he is charging for non-flexible

I now demand a full refund of the total amount of £4797 that was paid for these tickets.

The booking experience with Daniel was fantastic. We had tried for 2 hours to book direct with Qatar but with no joy, but Daniel cut through all the admin plus found us far better flight times that was offered directly by Qatar.
