We are home after a week in Madeira.
We are just home after a week in Madeira and I would like to send feedback as it was our first holiday with Travelodeal.
The paper copies of all the arrangements were very welcome as was the telephone call just before we left, just checking we were all ok and had no last minute questions.
The easyjet flights were excellent, clean, modern jets, with pleasant, smart , professional and helpful onboard attendants.
MB Tours were on time and helpful on both transfers.
Now the hotel Quinta da Bella Vista is excellent with bags of character, an excellent swimming pool and many bars and dining options. The garden room 207, was spacious, had a bath, A/C and twin beds as requested, well as a fresh bottle of water replaced every day. Housekeeping staff were all great as were all the staff. A special mention to Sonia in the dining room and Eusabio and in reception Hugo.
The grounds are large and lush resembling a small botanical garden overlooking a beautiful vista of the Bay of Funchal.
We were on half board, breakfast and dinner were excellent. A wide variety of healthy, fresh and tasty food.
I would like to thank Travelodeal from all 4 of us for a great holiday. Our first with you but certainly not our last.
