Tivolie always has the best price by far. Especially if you’re a little late or the price is more expensive than they used to be. The staff is kind and really helpful. Every booking agency offer more or less the same things and prices, Tivolie works differently, it works better.

Making a purchase through Travolie is reliable, but it requires some follow-up. Typically, with other companies, flight reservations are confirmed in less than 12 hours, meaning you'll see the charge on your credit card, and within 24 hours, you have your e-tickets. In my experience with Travolie, I booked a flight, but when I didn't see the charge on my credit card, I reached out to them immediately. Unfortunately, due to delays in processing the payment and generating the reservation, I ended up paying more for my flight. This is an area where they could improve. However, once I contacted them, their customer service was excellent.
