If I could give this company a zero star I would, I believe they are no longer operating. Really sad to hear of many people's experience especially after mine. This company and everyone who worked with it, I leave God to judge all of you, for what you put people through during the most difficult times we experienced, and knowing financially things where hard for everyone. I ended up staying in Heathrow with 3 minors, forking out £170 for hotel, £125 for a new PCR test result fast track the following day, after my flight had left, and extra £55 for food and taxi to and from airport. By the time I returned, I was told the company had folded in my area, hopefully government had something to do with it. I tried to get refund for all my extra spends with no success, even though was their fault. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM

Hi,
On 25th January, I had booked with Eurofins test kit for the next day (26th January). I selected fit-to-fly but accidentally the process went through for Day 2. I saw the email and the next minute I tried to change the test type. I could change all the other parameters of the test but not the test type. I raised a help and received the email the next afternoon saying I could either cancel the test or use the test later. I had to fly so I couldn't use either of the options. I thought if I went down (Heathrow test centre), the person at the desk would be able to help me. Alternatively, I could just have booked myself a new test there because I had to get the test done anyway.
That day my car broke down, but I still thought of going ahead because I HAD to get the test done for my trip. To my surprise, the 'testing centre' was in a deserted parking lot by the highway. I was alone on that road trying to find your testing centre which is not very well located in the maps as well.
With a lot of difficulty, I found the centre. However, I was unattended for the 20 minutes I was standing there.
There was only one person working there at the moment. He was in such a hurry to shut that he was not ready to listen to the problem at all. He said my problems didn't concern him at all and it was not his job to address those problems. I said I could figure out with the previous booking but if I could book a new one for fit to fly.. Apparently, that part did not concern him at all as well. He kept running away in the middle of the conversation to attend to other people. After about 5 minutes of waiting he came back again, handed me a test kit and his job was done there. He kept asking me to rush because he wanted to wind things up and go home. I understand it is nearing the end of his shift but he could have been polite. Overall, the help and support received from both your online and in-person workers were awful. I kept waiting for him to come back to me after he had attended to other 'important' clients, he just asked me if I was done with the swab because he was getting late! I handed him the test kit back (unused) and left the place.
My way back was a 20-25 walk to Hatton Cross station alone in the most deserted roads. This is the first time in a very long time in London that I felt unsafe. I kept thinking, if someone kidnap me or did anything horrible to me no one would have ever known. And all this for what? For a test that I desperately needed but no one helped even a tiny bit for that!
I did not get my test done.
I was alone; feeling unsafe and vulnerable.
I know the next bit probably does not concern you, but I had the most disturbed rest of the evening/night. I cried myself to sleep. Not because of the test, but just for the situation I was put in to get in and out of your testing centre.
I had to rebook the test with a different company for the following day (27th January). I paid at both the places. I certainly feel that the least you could do is refund for the test that I have not used!

Very diligent and dedicated.
Do not use
First test had a manufacturing fault, not enough liquid in the test tube, second test was lost, back to Heathrow for a third test. 240 miles travelled in total back and forth to Heathrow. Call centre really unhelpful at resolving the issue. A really stressful few days before travelling and they really didn’t care. Do not use this service.

Eurofins won't process my refund, and lied, saying that they have.
I've had numerous problems with this company. The latest one is that they sent me an email to say they were refunding two PCR tests that were incorrectly ordered. I had spoken to someone on the phone, who said she'd authorised a full refund. That was 8th Feb. I was told the refund could take 10+ days. Well I have now waited 16 days. Today, I phoned customer service, who told me to contact their covid19administration email address as they don't deal with refunds on the phone. When I did they told me the refund has been processed and there is nothing they can do but contact my bank. So, I called American Express. They have received nothing, and nothing is pending. So they told me the refund has clearly not been processed. Upon getting back in touch with Eurofins on email, they said that as far as they're concerned the refund has been processed. I've since read lots of negative reviews on the Eurofins facebook page, and it seems that this happens a lot. The problem is they still owe me over £80 and are not willing to pay this. I am disgusted! This needs to be sorted out and I would like my full refund back, as promised on 8th February 2022. It has put me off using this company as their customer service seems to do nothing.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - I recently tried to order 2 x Fit to Fly RAT tests and the payments went through twice, despite having appeared to fail and I received no confirmation of successful order. Despite customer service saying up to 72 hour response, I received a full refund within an hour for the double orders and a courteous email back with confirmation of my two orders

A fast turnaround with helpful staff
It’s a shame there are so many bad reviews on here because that’s a far cry from the experience I had with Eurofins. I ordered my tests two weeks ahead of time and they arrived promptly. The test and return instructions were simple and I used one of the drop points rather than Royal Mail so that I could feel more secure that they would reach the lab in time. The drop point collections are at around 7.30pm and by 4.30 tue following morning I had my results! I had called the company in the evening to make sure they had received the tests as I was worried the couriers wouldn’t be operating due to storm Eunice. They answered the phone quickly and spent the time reassuring me that all would be well. And it was. I was nervous that I wouldn’t get my tests results back in time as that is what so many people have complained about but I can only imagine that maybe they weren’t ordered in time or perhaps using the postal return had caused delays. Who knows. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that, as a UX specialist, the website could do with a little tweaking in terms of the information given as to how the process works so that people are more informed about when to order or do their tests. Maybe a timings calculator wouldn’t go amiss. I’m sure the info is there but if it’s hiding in some small print then that’s a bad customer experience. Other than that… an easy and convenient process and I would recommend.

I required fit to fly PCR test for my daughter I book for Asda Cardiff. I did not receive confirmation e mail but when I emailed covid19administration email address at eurofins.co.uk they quickly responded with my QR code and confirmation.
Test was seamless and staff at testing centre were very friendly and professionall.
My result came through 3 am the following morning to my spam so ensure to check your email spam and had to log onto portal to get certificate. I just did forgot password put username and daughters date of birth and was provided with login activation code.
Navigate to test results and download certificate.
Would highly recommend.

appalling
Attended Oxford centre Saturday 10am, no complaints about the service or staff. But no test result until 3.38am Monday morning, I was flying on Monday. Despite having my contact details, no-one contacted me to explain their systems had crashed. I couldn't get into the app or through the website. Saturday phones were not being answered, finally spoke to someone on Sunday who explained their problem which they'd been trying to fix since late on Friday, couldn't guarantee my result would come through. Incurred a further £120 to get a 4 hour test done, had to drive to Heathrow and pay for parking, was very stressed. My new result came back from Heathrow 2.5 hours after it was taken. Before I left I wrote an email of complaint to which I still have not had the courtesy of a response. I will follow up when I get home in March. I don't think they know what a disaster recovery plan is!

The information we received prior to…
The information we received prior to the test was not required at the test site. We were told to take our QR code. But the staff on site had no instrument to scan these. Fortunately both our cOdes we’re on our smartphone which we had with us. We also needed our smartphone to send the results and specimen code, but we’re not told this beforehand. The member of staff was extremely helpful to us.
We have paid for the return PCR Tests which we no longer need. I notified you of this before left for our holiday, and as yet havenot had a reply to my request for a refund.

We booked and paid for Fit to Fly test's well in advance of our March travel day, only to be advised a few weeks later that Eurofins are closing all testing sites as of 25th February!

You cancelled our tests in Manchester…
You cancelled our tests in Manchester and we had to make alternative arrangements.
When we rebooked the tests you refunded our money... not just for the original tests but the new tests that we had just booked !
We had to rebook for a 3rd time.
We tried to cancel the Day 2 tests because it was no longer required but you still wanted to charge us for the tests.
