Excellent service again, for our second trip booked with Danielle's help. Short trip to Spain with four teenage grandchildren, no stress and we all enjoyed ourselves. Flights were great times, Southend Airport easy, hotel choice excellent. Danielle's contact throughout the booking process is exceptional. Holiday itinerary, boarding passes etc, all sent in a very handy travel pack means not having to worry about printing it all off.
No doubt we will be asking Danielle again for advice on more trips.

Danielle was brilliant from start to finish and made booking our holiday so easy. She took all the stress out of it, gave us some really good options to consider and worked within our budget to find something that suited us perfectly.

She sorted everything for us, including the holiday, airport hotel and parking for the night before we flew, which made the whole trip much easier and less stressful. She also responded quickly to messages and was always happy to help with any questions we had.

I also really appreciated the little touches. We received an information pack in the post, and everything was also sent by email; Danielle even sent us a postcard to welcome us home!

The attention to detail and genuinely personal service really stood out. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danielle and will definitely use her again for our next holiday.

Danielle at Travel Mappers arranged a fantastic week for us in Madrid and Barcelona, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish.

What stood out most was her flexibility and responsiveness—any tweaks we needed were handled quickly and without fuss.

I would highly recommend Danielle at Travel Mappers , I usually book online but Danielle made the whole process hassle free , from contacting the hotel with our preferences to printing all of our documents and putting them into a handy travel wallet. I will definitely use Travel Mappers again.

First time I’ve used a travel planner and Danielle got a cheaper deal than I could find online. The pack she sent out with all the boarding passes etc were extremely helpful for me which saved another task. I’m definitely using Danielle again

Danielle was very helpful in arranging our trip to Copenhagen for our 25th wedding anniversary. We initially didn’t have an idea of budget so Danielle tweaked things until we were happy, including a later flight home on the Friday. Nothing was too much trouble, and she kept us informed, also providing printed copies of documentation on a handy folder to take with us in case of any issues.

Superb from start to finish. So nice to tap into expertise instead of trawling through yourself. Had a wonderful stress free experience!

Made my first booking with Danielle for a trip to NY. Her service was second to none helping with flights, hotels and attractions. Certain other "little touches " were extremely thoughtful ( I'll leave you to find them out for yourselves, when you make your bookings) . Certainly will be using Travel Mappers again and definitely recommending that others use this great service .

We were recommended to Danielle by a friend, and so glad we followed her advice.
Unfortunately we can only give 5 stars because Danielle went way beyond our expectations. This was our first holiday abroad in 40 years and we were celebrating our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Danielle sorted EVERYTHING. even to the point of arranging a surprise card from our family to be delivered to our cabin (our daughter managed to get Danielles phone number unbeknown to us and it was sorted.)
We had an amazing holiday - all the stress and worries reduced as we knew all was in place.

The whole experience was amazing. At all times we were fully supported by Danielle. I messaged a couple of times while away and heard back immediately. Even with the time difference.
