I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive prices on Travelley.co.uk, I managed to book a fantastic holiday for a fraction of the cost compared to other sites. The accommodation and flights were top-notch. Will definitely use them again for my next vacation.

Travelley have still not re-paid the refund that they agreed to for my holiday. Beware of booking you will never get rersponses from them if there is a problem!

David Miller was really helpful through the booking process. Put an excellent package together for us. As it will be my husband's 50th birthday, David arranged some wonderful extra activities for us. Looking forward to our holiday next year.

Hi I would recommend this company as they gave me a very competitive price and Ben Arthur the holiday planner was very polite and courteous. He kept us informed through all the steps and communicated with us up till the point we received our e-tickets and our hotel and transfer vouchers.

Ben at Travelley made all the arrangements for our holiday. He was very responsive during chat, and have ample knowledge of his field. They included all flights from transfers to the hotel in spacious modern vehicles and three excursions all of which well organized. We had one disappointment, due to a change of schedule by the airline. But that's where BEN comes in and everything was sorted and our holiday went smoothly. Based on my recent experience, I would not hesitate to book another holiday with Travelley.

At the beginning it seems all good however. When trying to send payment for a holiday my bank advised that the details for name and account don’t match. This triggered alarm bells the company stated that they operate under southall travel. However after checking with Southall this is not the case.
They also couldn’t supply a ATOL certificate when asked.
They then started getting very stroppy over messages. Beware they are not what they appear.

Kevin was great from start to finish. He was very informative on the destinations and was able to offer discounts and offer some amazing excursions that you only dream of 5*

I have reserved an incredible 21-night trip to Thailand for a later date this year. Excellent experience making the booking; Michelle was very understanding and patiently answered all of my questions. I'm a little bit sceptical all of these positive reviews. My experience was a very different one.
Initial contact and the booking was positive with Stanley. We booked a multi centre trip in Thailand, including 4 days in Bangkok, 4 days in Krabi, 4 days in Koh Yoh Noi in the Treehouse Villas and 5 days on Khao Lak. Return Flights from Manchester to Bangkok and Phuket to Manchester with Singapore Airlines, with connections via Singapore Airport. All transfers by car and speedboat were included and an additional Phi Phi islands trip and couple massage.
We set up a payment plan, an initial deposit and then 2 additional payments. On both occasions when it came to pay both of my payments I had to continually request the link to make these payments and wait in access of the 72hrs specified for my invoice to be updated. We booked this trip in March 2023 leaving on Feb 5 2024. 3 weeks before our departure we still hadn't received any documentation, for flights or accommodation, transfer vouchers etc. After many emails, what's app messages and calls our booking was picked up by Barry (Alex) who suggested he was the team leader. This is the moment things became a concern. Barry changed our airline to Emirates after suggesting the 2nd leg of our Singapore flight was operated by Scoot and they weren't of the same quality as Singapore Airlines. Despite me checking the exact flight no myself on the Singapore Airlines app and it not indication that any part of the journey would be operated by Scoot. However this was before Barry offering flights with Quatar also. From this conversation I was concerned that the Singapore Airline flights were never booked. Subsequently we had the same with out internal flights with Bangkok airways, which he changed to Air Asia, again after going through Thai Airways before this. Eventually I accepted the flights and after continually asking I got all the flight vouchers and hotel vouchers, with him suggesting transfer vouchers would be received 24 hours before. I wasn't accepting that as we we leaving very early on a Mon morning and I finally got these on the Fri eve before. I did also get vouchers for the free trip to Phi Phi Island but never got the couples massage. Just to add whilst all this was happening I contacted all of the hotels to make sure they has my bookings. Finally we were set and ready to go. We arrived in Bangkok great, transfers were of very poor quality. All was well. Until our third island, the Treehouse Villas. On the day of our arrival there Barry was contacting us asking us if we wanted a free upgrade to a better hotel in Phuket rather than the one were were booked in Khao Lak. I said no we wanted to go to our booked hotel in Khao Lak. He then suggested a different hotel in Khao Lak, becoming more insistent. Again I refused. The following day he had been ringing me and messaging ne suggesting the out booked hotel in Khao Lak are fully booked and had offered us an upgrade to a different hotel, a better room and resort. After a lengthy conversation, bearing in kind we were on a holiday of a lifetime and didn't want to be discussing this he gave us no option to accept. By this time I was becoming more suspicious of his reasons for these discussions. After ending out call I contacted out booked hotel in Khao Lak explaining and asked what the issue was to be informed Barry had cancelled our booking on the 12 Feb, the date he had originally been offering us an upgrade in Phuket. We move on to the alternate hotel which was fine, but was certainly not an upgrade or a better resort. this was aided by out guest relations manager at the Treehouse Villas who altered our transfer destination from them and kindly rang the alternate hotel to make sure they had our booking, as Barry hadn't confirmed these alterations. So we ended up in a hotel furthest away from the resort centre then we expected and having to use shuttle buses and taxis. Following on from this my whats app messages to Travelley appeared to become blocked but luckily I had Barry's personal no which I contacted him on. The transfer to the new hotel back to Phuket airport to until the eve before our departure to get confirmation on. We had a wonderful holiday and didn't let these issues spoil it, but honestly this was very poor business practice. I'm not sure why all of these were changes were made, other than to try and save some money. We never had any Atol Certificate sent and also Travelley themselves are not Abta registered, however one of the many addresses did come up as Abta registered. During this process i did seek advice from Citizens advice and the concerns I raised were passed on to Trading Standards.

I had the pleasure of booking my dream holiday with Kevin. Everything went very smoothly. He is a very professional, quick-responding, and helpful travel agent. If I had any concerns regarding any travel issues, he explained everything clearly to me.
I recommend booking a holiday with this agency.

After engaging with Travelley around a potential holiday, I contacted one of the companies who they claim to be trade partners with, Southall Travel. Southall Travel were not aware of this and the phone operative was also very abrupt when I asked some questions. Travelley sent me a copy of a certificate with ATOL number on it. The number was registered to ‘The Holiday Team’. I contacted the holiday team who could not give me any information on Travelley. I have since received numerous private messages on Facebook from Travelley who seemed very keen to do business (of course they were). When I queried some of the reviews left on Trustpilot as having the same writing styles the company spammed me with a few very abrupt and unprofessional private messages before blocking me.
