Excellent Service

Brandon Hughbanks provided excellent service as we sought to get insurance for our trip in 2025. He quickly answered our questions and helped us understand the terms of the policy in which we were interested. We now have our policy in hand and are looking forward to our travels without worrying about having to cancel should something prevent us from going on the trip.

Very responsive and helpful

Very responsive and helpful. I was very surprised that the travel insurance was 12% of the cost of the trip but I did some comps and it was in line with other providers.

I made my first deposit for our trip on 9/3/23.

I made my first deposit for our trip on 9/3 and called Brandon on 9/7/23 to purchase a policy, but I was told that we had 20 days from the transaction on 9/3 to buy the insurance. I didn't understand why I couldn't buy it right then and get it out of the way. I called him yesterday 9/19 and made the purchase.

It Was Almost Too Easy

Mark listened to exactly what I wanted, put together an affordable plan that satisfied my needs, and had me on my way in 10 minutes. It was almost too easy.

The folk's at Travel Insurance Center…

The folk's at Travel Insurance Center really care about their clients. They not only listen to what the client is expressing regarding their intended travel plans, but they also offer up great advise in term of insuring the clients both BEFORE their trip begins, but also DURING their trip. I speak from a first person perspective, as we had a medical situation before our trip even began. Long story short, we received 100% of our travel costs back because of our policy from Travel Insurance Center.
