The trip was good. All things was in Chardham Yatra good. We love the services & tour planning. Support was excellent. All was in order. Hotel Food Vehicle, all was so good. Thanks Team Travelgar for make this trip good for us.

We are into this business for more than 22 years but never have we come across a company as fraudulent as Travelgar Travels Pvt Ltd from New Delhi. They say that they specialise in Chardham but they specialise in cheating people...be it b2b or b2c. Thankfully we had not done the whole payment and so they were picking up our phones initially but later on they stopped doing that. We decided to pay them in installments but once they had an upper hand they started blackmailing us for the balance payment. They hotels that they gave initially were pathetic...infested by cockroaches and rats...they changed them later because we had not done the full payment else they would not even pick up the calls which they did once we made the full payment. We had taken a single occupancy deluxe package and you see the hotel that was given to us in a DO DHAM Package. Their team Khushi, Preeti, Jasvinder and Dev are unprofessional, have no business ethics. Kindly do not work with them unless you want your hard earned money to go down the drain. And the worst is that they do it in the name of God. We will not forgive them for the mental torture that we had to go through till our guest was back.

This company is nothing less than a fraud company, their moto is to take money from the client and then never to take their calls, we booked Do Dham package with them along with Rishikesh and Haridwar. They provided us hotels which were infected with rats and cockroaches, the vouchers had different names and were put up in diff hotels. We were fortunate that we didn't make full payment and the last 3 days they provided us better hotels as per the actual package. After releasing full payment, the driver started complaining that they haven't received the money and hence its diff to take guest to the final destination.
So they dupe the clients and the vendors. such a pathetic company it is.
All their staff #Preeti#Khushi#Jaswinder all are frauds. Till you dont make payment they will talk so sweetly with you, and once payment done… they stop picking up calls. please dont work with them or take any package thru them

Worst travel, cheated us, not provided flight tickets in last minute, stopped the tour on road for extra payment, till now not returning our refund amount, no response for calls, torture, agony and no peace, worst service to the core
