I rarely write reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition.

For context, I’m probably what you’d describe as high-maintenance. I’m well-travelled, I know exactly what I like, I do a lot of my own research, and I will absolutely change my mind halfway through planning, usually several times. If a holiday itinerary survives a week without me suggesting changes, it’s having an exceptionally good week.

What stood out about Emma was that she never once made me feel difficult.

In fact, the whole experience felt more like having a luxury concierge than a travel agent.

At no point did Emma try to steer me towards one of the many easier options. If anything, she encouraged me to keep refining things until it felt right. Whenever I started worrying that I was overthinking it or being too demanding, she reminded me that holidays are special, that we work hard for them, and that it’s worth taking the time to get everything right. The message was always simple: don’t settle for almost right when you can get it right. That mindset made the whole process feel effortless.

When I mentioned I wanted a swimming pool, she immediately came back with villa options that had pools. When I later decided to scrap the pool altogether because we were concerned about the children being left unattended, she pivoted instantly and came back with a map of Greece covered in beach recommendations. There was no attempt to persuade me otherwise. She simply listened and adapted.

I also appreciated the care that went into the proposals and itineraries (yes, itineraries plural, because I changed my mind more than a few times). They were beautifully presented and clearly put together by someone who had actually listened.

And a special mention for the photography. Instead of generic stock photos or misleading pictures borrowed from completely different parts of Greece, the images reflected the actual regions and destinations being discussed. It sounds like a small detail, but it made the whole planning process feel far more authentic and trustworthy.

Most importantly, by the end of it, I felt Emma understood exactly what kind of traveller I am and what our family was looking for.

Emma has kindly arranged a group holiday in readiness for the cricket World Cup in South Africa for 2027. Despite such a long time ahead, Emma has managed to source some incredible places to stay and visit and completed a full itinerary which spans over 2.5weeks. Very easy working with Emma which after a brief call and emails on specifications she was able to put something together. Highly recommend.

We used Emma to support us with organising a family trip to Vietnam. We wouldn’t have known where to start. Emma worked with us to build the perfect itinerary and was open to multiple tweaks right up until we flew out. We were fully supported whilst in Vietnam too. Whether it be the amazing guides and drivers in Emma’s network or the occasional “checking in” message from Emma herself. Emma took her time to understand what we were looking for and she delivered a holiday experience that was well above our expectations.

Many thanks to Travel Emara for planning a 2 week tour of Sri Lanka. Emma is very familiar with Sri Lanka and was able to suggest the best places to visit and the length of stay in each location. She provided us with a range of hotels until we finally decided which were right for us. Nothing was too much trouble as we revised our itinerary.
All arrangements were perfectly in place ensuring we had a relaxing, memorable experience.

Emma helped me to plan two of my recent trips and she was amazing!!

The first trip was a 4 day visit to Barcelona for my birthday weekend and she nailed the brief, providing 3 great hotel options covering a range of prices. As I knew she was very familiar with Barcelona I also asked her for some restaurant recommendations for my birthday and she went over and above providing different suggestions for restaurants / bars / brunches for the weekend. Getting advice from someone so familiar with the area was invaluable.

Emma also helped me to plan a 2 week trip to Thailand, taking the time to map out which of the various island to visit, how long to stay at each one and again provided multiple hotel options at each location.

I got in touch with Emma to help us plan our first family holiday with a two-year-old. Initially, I mentioned that we were considering Tenerife or Dubai. Emma researched both destinations, then took the time to talk me through her findings and explain which options she felt would suit us best.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even though we changed the dates several times, Emma was always on hand to provide updated quotes quickly and efficiently.

She was incredibly attentive throughout the whole process and even managed to save us money on our booking. On top of that, she saved me hours of scrolling through different websites trying to compare options myself!

I worked with Emma to plan my solo trip to Australia, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From the start, she took my requirements on board and came back incredibly quickly with well-thought-out options that were clearly tailored to what I was looking for. She provided a really clear and easy-to-follow itinerary, with all the key details in one place, which made the whole process feel simple and stress-free.

Emma also went above and beyond when it came to keeping costs down. When I asked, she actively looked for ways to reduce the overall price and even reached out to peers for recommendations, making sure I had the best possible options to choose from. Her communication was excellent throughout — ideas and updates came through quickly, and because of that we were able to plan the entire trip within just a few days. It genuinely gave me peace of mind knowing everything had been organised properly.
On top of that, Emma is just a pleasure to work with. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask, even when I changed my mind along the way. She was always flexible, supportive and positive. Even after the main booking was done, she’s continued to help with additional advice and support to make sure I’m fully prepared for my trip.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Emma highly enough and will absolutely be coming back to her in the future to take the stress out of holiday planning and make sure I’m getting the best deals.

What a flawless experience!!

I’ve never really been one to use travel agents or concierge-style services, but after spending a week in Tunisia planned by Travel Emara, I genuinely don’t think I could travel any other way!

From the very first interaction, the team were incredibly diligent, responsive, and thoughtful. My partner and I decided on a very last-minute getaway over Christmas and New Year’s, knowing almost nothing about Tunisia beyond the fact that we wanted to explore as much of the country as possible. Emara took that vague idea and turned it into a perfectly curated trip.

From accommodation options, budget considerations and city recommendations to transportation and excursions, every single detail was handled seamlessly. From the moment we landed at the airport to the moment we left, everything was covered. They even called ahead to reconfirm every reservation and went the extra mile by arranging complimentary touches at each hotel—roses, treats, and thoughtful surprises that made every stay feel special.

All shuttle services and hotels were prepaid, which made the entire trip feel completely stress-free. On top of that, we received daily reminders with our itinerary, timings, and activities, which kept us on track without ever feeling over-structured.

There was a perfect balance between organised plans and free time, allowing us to explore on our own and truly immerse ourselves in the beauty, culture, and energy of Tunisia. The detailed itinerary document they shared became our daily bible—and impressively, there were zero surprises along the way.

Emma and the entire Emara team were available throughout, despite time differences, and handled every question with ease and care. The level of attention, professionalism, and genuine passion for what they do really stood out.

Emma had just been traveling around Albania and she was front of my mind when I began considering options for a hen trip I’m organising somewhere in Europe. We had an initial conversation about places to visit which were both practical & cultural for a trip of 15. Both her knowledge and enthusiasm made the prospect of organising the overseas trip feel possible and exciting! I recieved a comprehensive analysis of accommodation options, all formatted really clearly with pictures and a summary of priority amenities and features I hadn’t even considered. The exercise and research enabled the group of bridesmaids to select an accommodation option. It was clear how Emma’s unique relationships with the suppliers/accommodation owners presented us with bespoke options we would not have otherwise found on AirBnB alone.

Emara carefully listened to our needs but gave us several options to choose from . When we changed our requirements slightly they were very attentive and responsive.Whilst we do book many holidays we have a lot going on so it was great to get first class service .

Travel Emara made it really easy to book my holiday and removed all the stresses of organising a hotel. It was also a considerable saving compared to what other platforms wanted to charge for the same hotel/number of nights.
