Ended up loosing £500
My experience was extremely disappointing, and I ended up losing £500. The entire process left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Despite the money involved, I was not satisfied with how the situation was handled. I expected a professional service, clear communication, and a fair outcome, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before proceeding.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service and a complete waste of time. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and clearly lacked the knowledge and competence to handle my requests properly. The entire experience was frustrating and far below acceptable standards. I expected much better, but the service was nothing short of disgraceful. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company.

Amazing Experiance!
I initially came across Travel Card UK through Facebook and was somewhat sceptical, as I had not used their services before. However, I decided to get in touch after becoming tired and frustrated with navigating numerous websites and airline booking pages. What impressed me immediately was the ability to communicate directly with a real person via WhatsApp, which made the experience feel much more personal and reassuring.
The entire process was exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. Mike Harrison was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout. He provided me with a range of flight options for my return journey from Heathrow to Cape Town in December, and we took the time to consider the alternatives before agreeing on the option that best suited my requirements.
Once the decision was made, the remainder of the booking process was remarkably straightforward. Mike guided me through each stage, answered my questions clearly, and ensured that I understood everything before proceeding.
Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Travel Card UK to others. The combination of personalised service, clear communication, and professional assistance made the whole process considerably easier than booking independently. I will certainly use their services again in the future.
