Booked my Dubai hotel with Romina, she got me an amazing rate with Half Board, and at a more desirable hotel for the same price as a booking I made online which was only BB. She also supported us with other hotels I had regrettably booked online which were non-refundable, by calling the hotel for us. She is very knowledgable and makes customised recommendations that fit the client need.
