Terrible
Terrible! I specifically stated I needed a room that was pet friendly. They made me a reservation at a hotel in St. Cloud. Upon arrival, we were advised that the hotel did not accommodate pets. The hotel tried to contact me but the telephone number that was listed wasn’t even close to my number. The hotel agreed to cancel my reservation and has been very helpful. I contacted travel.com and have been getting no satisfaction. All I asked for was a refund which they continue to deny even though the hotel agreed to cancel the reservation without issue. I was advised to go on travel.com support site to download the appropriate forms. The webpage doesn’t exist.
