Overall experience
When I received the dumpster, there was trash from the last customer. This is not a complaint, I simply called in to Trash Daddy with my concerns, they were super SUPER helpful, the staff there was nice and provided tremendous customer service. Their delivery driver and pick up drivers were patient as we had some cars blocking. I really do rate my experience with them 5 star!

Hey thanks Bernardo. Unfortunately, sometimes drivers get in a hurry at the landfill and that can happen where there is a little trash left in the dumpster. It should never happen, but no one is perfect. We do all we can to make it right when something like that happens! It's our goal to make dumpster rental as affordable and hassle free as we can. The first and only trash company we will use!
We loved our experience with Trash Daddy Dumpsters. We never rented a dumpster before, and everyone I talked to knew exactly what to do and they explained how everything worked. They made it so smooth and easy for me to get my dumpster rental. I definitely recommend them!

They did show up the next day after I posted this, picked up both dumpsters. I am hoping it will go smoothly moving forward
If I could use no stars I would. 2 weeks ago I rented 2 30 yard roll offs for collecting old tree limbs and such. We filled the first one within a few hours so I called and requested that it be picked up and returned empty so we could refill it. A week later it was still there, so I called again and was told it would be picked up. Nothing happened. Then last week I called yet again and requested that both be picked up and returned empty. I was told it would happen no later than today. Both dumpsters are still there full of brush. Part or possibly all of the problem is that the person you talk to has no idea when things will happen or if they will really happen. I have no idea what is going to happen to these 2 full dumpsters sitting on my property but then neither do they.

Hi Alison. I'm confused by this review. Because you called in, as you said, and we explained when you called that we cannot dispatch a truck immediately after it was delivered. The schedule was completely booked out. You say we have "no idea when things will happen", which is simply not true. We explained to you when you called that the soonest we could pick it up would be yesterday 8.18. Then, we followed up and were advised by our dispatch team that the driver would be on site by noon. The thing all customers of any roll off dumpster rental company need to understand is when dealing with big trucks these schedules are fluid and can change - if a truck breaks down, if the landfill temporarily closes, if there is a bad traffic problem, or any number of things, that causes the schedule (with ANY and ALL companies in this business) to shift, and then we try to keep to the schedule to the extent possible. One thing that makes our company different is we are always very easy to reach, including our owners, and we will do whatever we can to help our customers and make this process as simple as possible. That does not mean we have empty trucks just sitting there idle, where we can just run over to an address when a customer says it's ready for pick up right now. It has to be worked into the schedule, which was the situation here. I hope you can understand that. Please feel free to reach out to our owners directly if you have any other concerns. You can't do that with most companies, and we take pride in our experience in the industry. We can help with any issue that comes up.
