SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
I never received the merchandise I paid for yet I kept getting updates that my package was in route. It’s been almost 2 months and nothing! They are definitely SCAMMERS!!!

Never got my order!!
No updates except “be patient”.

I’ve had the same experience as the other 1* reviewers on here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

A couple of hours after I purchased bras from them I looked again at their instagram ad and changed my mind about the purchase. Wrote to cancel and they messed me around for 2 days saying they were trying to cancel for me, then they said it was too late, order was in process. Their policies state that cancellation before shipping can be arranged, and the tracking info I then received proved that the parcel shipped days after I requested cancellation.

When they finally arrived 3 weeks later the product was awful quality anyway. Really ugly and cheap materials.

Their customer service has been truly appalling, and yes, as noted by another reviewer it has been circular and repetitive and clearly intended to make you give up. At one point they suggested I give the product to someone else if I don’t like it. Truly.

1 Star – Avoid This Company: Misleading Products, Refusal to Refund, Breaches Consumer Law

Do not buy from this company. I ordered based on their polished advertising on Instagram, but what I received was nothing like what was shown. The product was advertised as a bra, but what arrived was a flimsy strip of material with clasps — completely unusable and not fit for purpose.

Here’s what happened:
• The product was faulty and misrepresented, which breaches the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• I was overcharged, which they admitted — but never refunded.
• They refused to issue a full refund and instead offered £5, then £8, calling it “compensation.”
• They demanded I pay to return the faulty items to China, despite UK law stating they must cover return costs for faulty goods.
• They repeatedly asked for unnecessary photos of intimate wear, which is entirely inappropriate and not a legal requirement.

They have ignored my legal rights and made the refund process deliberately difficult. Their customer service is evasive, repetitive, and unhelpful — clearly designed to pressure customers into giving up.

I have now:
• Raised a chargeback with my bank

I bought bras from this company.first they overcharged me and I had to request the difference back. They are terrible quality very flimsy and poorly made.
I have tried to arrange return and refund however they keep offering partial refund < 10%. I do not want to keep them. They then say it’ll cost me a lot to return to china. However they were dispatched from USA. Don’t buy from them.

Have been chasing this company for my shirt that I ordered do not under any circumstances use them my parcel has been in USA for 3 weeks and now appointment china !!! It’s a scam !! Have never purchased through instagram before and never will again … total rip off

Horrible company do not do business with them. It’s a scam!!!!
First, they tried to overcharge me by five dollars and some change, and now I have never received my product after like three months. And they said I did!!!
—They’re tracking number shows I have not!!!

I never received my order. Ordered Jan 19 Had a similar experience to others. Started in China, went to European country, then to CA ,then to New Mexico and no package tracking since. 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱i

I ordered two jar and paid ＄35, never receive the item. Contact customer support and only goe tracking number from them. The first onw was wrong, the secon done said it was delivered to "front desk, mailroom or reception" which doesn't exist where I live. I was told to deal with local post office (USPS) which is a nightmare. I do not recommend this seller.

After 1 month, 3 emails and following the transport company Sebastian I never received the product. I watched the product start in China, all over Europe and through transfer stations. It finally got to US. 2 weeks later. As I was still following the hair product in th USA I get an email that it was delivered 3 weeks ago on my front porch. No it wasn't! It was a scam. I bought the product of Facebook which was stupid of me. What will the repercussions of this!

Bait and switch and steals info

They used the original "Stitchy " video to sell their fake. I bought 2. They send fakes instade of what you think you are getting. Their site also says:

Which is full of bull! They offered me 6.00 and will not return.

Orders (2 separate) placed on 12/1/2024. Now 12/30/2024 and still not have received ordered items. Stay away from this company. It may very well be a scam and has taken me for $82+ dollars

The quality is superb and it withstands all weather conditions. I highly recommend them. The funny decorative chicken is a joy. It is also organic which makes it even more appealing. Without a doubt, both purchases exceeded my expectations. Both are great value for money.
