They delivered an untranslated document after several days, which was useless. I requested a refund and they are fighting me. What they gave me is completely useless. What they promise: Certified translation in 24 hours. What they deliver: Uncertified document in several days.

However, I must say that it is not accurate.
1. On Saturday 23/9, afternoon, you placed an order of 12 pages, Chinese to English, without any additional info or instructions.
2. On the morning of Sunday 24/9, after analyzing your files, we sent you an incomplete payment message, because we received payment for 12 pages, and your order had 6555 words, meaning it would be 26 pages as per our pricing and definition of a page, which is available at the moment of purchase.
3. Given that the file was quite extensive, we decided to go ahead and start translating without waiting for your payment, so we could deliver the file ASAP.
4. On Monday 25/9 afternoon, more than 30 hours after our previous email, you sent us this email:
"My court date that required these translations is in 2 hours. I am very disappointed to have not recevied these in time. I only hope that it does not seriously hurt the life of my young daughter that I do not have them with me in court today. Please cancel this order as it was not delivered."
5. 30 minutes after receiving your Email, we sent you this communication: "Thanks for your message. I’m sorry to hear that, we did not have any instructions about a requested delivery date or time. Should you have instructed us to deliver today, we would have done that.
I will contact the translator right away to see how far they have translated, and deliver that part. We will refund the pages that we have not translated so far, and charge for the work completed."
6. One hour later, we delivered the partial translation:
"Please find your partial translation attached. The parts already translated are in English, the others, we left in Chinese.
We have translated 3300 words (13 pages), so there will not be any refunds.
Please let me know if you want us to complete the translation."
This is the end of your communications. After this, we received a claim through our credit card provided, which was rejected, and now, we receive this review.
Regarding the delivery time of 24 hours, in our website we indicate:
We are capable of processing 1-3 page documents in 24-hours turnaround. We also conveniently offer expedited options.
We also state:
✅We are available from Monday – Friday regularly.
✅ If you have urgent matters or concerns during weekends please feel free to leave us a message and we will reply the soonest time we can.
⏳ The speed of the translation process largely depends on the language, volume, and complexity of the document.
For a simple 1-3 pages document, it will take up to 24 hours.
We really hope that the case ended succesfully for you and your daugther.

They did a fantastic job. I sent one page on Dec 29 and got it back on Dec 30. The only drawback is that it went to spam. It would be nice to know the email you are sending it from beforehand so we can create a spam filter.

Horrible I gave you guys 2nd chance total of 4 documents and the price is not worth the wait to get these documents back plus they tottaly messed up and left out a bunch of very important uscis info!!! Over a week after I finally got them done properly, I used the other company 25$ and got it that same night! Hassle is not worth 10$ savings

Thanks for your review. However, it does not seem to be accurante at all.
On the 24th of August, 2022, 20:47 CET, you placed a 1-page order and a 2-page order with us. You uploaded 3 documents: a Birth Certificate, a Marriage Certificate and a Divorce Certificate, and paid 69 USD.
On the 25th of August, 2022, 7:58 CET, we delivered both orders, with one certificate for the first order (Marriage Certificate) and another one for the second order (Birth and Divorce Certificates).
On the 29th of December, 2023, we received an email from you, indicating this:
"Birth certificate is attached to the other certificate I need birth to be separate with the translation certificate together for USCIS"
2 hours after that Email. we delivered 2 certificates, one for the Birth Certificate, and a second one for the Divorce Certificate. To this E-mail, you answered "Best thanks!!!!!"
Now, we receive this 1-star review, mentioning a 2nd chance (no idea what this means), 4 documents (you only sent us 3 documents to traslate, almost a year and a half ago, which we delivered in less than 24 hours), and you mention that "they tottaly messed up and left out a bunch of very important uscis info!!!", but you never told us anything at all about this.
In conclusion: I really don't know what the problem is here... but this review is absolutely wrong!
