The package got lost for some reason and returned to the seller, but their support was great and they helped to make sure that the second time they sent it, that ot would arrive. I recommend, very good and timely customer service!

Le système d'arche est une très bonne idée pour l'envoie de plusieurs commandes en même temps, ils font aussi régulièrement des réductions intéressantes. Il y a aussi un système de point pouvant rendre la livraison gratuite

Package arrived fast and was packed very well!

We had a little delay because of a stock issue, but it doesn't matter because otherwise the service and prices are the best in the EU. I will be ordering again soon.

Précommande effectuée en mai 2026 et expédiée fin juin de la même année. Transforverse dépend des fournisseurs, parfois l'attente est longue...
Les figurines reçues sont arrivées intactes. L'attente valait le coup!!

I have been ordering nearly all my figures from Transforverse for over a year now if I can not get them from the official sites and I have never been disappointed. They are reliable, safe, fast to answer and transparent regarding delays. The prices are fair, not overpriced at all, the only extra cost is the shipping but I'd pay that any day because it is worth it. The customer service are real people, not AI, which means it it is fast and reliable. Never had any problem with deliveries they are fast and easy to track. If there are problems, like wrong/missing parts due to the manufacturer, they send replacements. I recommend them for every fan who lives in the EU and has access to them.

The website is clean to navigate and I was able to complete my order easily.
'My Ark' service, where you can have your goods shipped later on worked perfectly as intended (I bought multiple figures where one was a pre-order)
The secure packaging for the delivery was also good, as my parcel had received some dents, the packets inside where harmless.
Will recommend and look forward to order again!
