I cannot rate this company highly enough! I was in Sicily with a large group for my birthday trip and was quite anxious about the logistics of transporting a big group from Partinico to Trapani in time for a boat departure. They were excellent.

Our driver kept in touch via WhatsApp and arrived about 15 minutes before we had arranged and patiently waited for us as we got our last few things together.

We confirmed a time with them and they were able to pick us up after our Trapani day too. Our driver had a lovely energy and was very tolerant of our music choice.

Abbiamo usufruito del servizio taxi Trapani Tourism Service per i nostri spostamenti da e verso l’aeroporto di Trapani (sia all'andata per raggiungere l'hotel in centro, sia al ritorno).Siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della puntualità e della professionalità. Il vero valore aggiunto sono stati i conducenti: persone simpatiche, molto educate e accoglienti. Durante i tragitti ci hanno intrattenuto piacevolmente, raccontandoci aneddoti e curiosità molto interessanti sulle bellezze locali, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un viaggio confortevole e un primo assaggio della splendida ospitalità siciliana!

Siamo stati a Trapani dal 30 dicembre al 3 gennaio e sia all'andata che al ritorno abbiamo usufruito dei servizi di transfer della Trapani Tourism Service.
L'autista, Ninni, è stato molto puntuale, e soprattutto molto gentile! Ci ha spiegato cosa poter vedere a Trapani, dove poter mangiare, come spostarci nei giorni di permanenza e anche cosa poter fare nel giorno di capodanno, consigli molto preziosi. Al ritorno, dato che avevamo prenotato il transfer un pochino in anticipo, ci ha fatto fare una breve sosta alle saline di Trapani, che non eravamo riusciti a vedere. Esperienza da 10 e lode!

Utilizziamo da parecchi anni il transfer dall’aeroporto al porto di Trapani per raggiungere le Egadi e posso affermare con assoluta certezza che si tratta di un servizio di eccellenza. Professionalità ai massimi livelli, serietà, puntualità, gentilezza e competenza.

Our Experience With Trapani Tourism
Trapani Tourism was fantastic.
They helped us with multiple transfers and excursions between September 13th and September 20th 2025.
Stefania and Andrei were very helpful and patient with all of the booking.
The pricing was spot on and the drivers were always on time.
The drivers were very professional and helpful.
Using Trapani Tourism took a lot of stress off our travels.

Domenico did both of our transfers and was a great driver. He brought us snacks and drinks along making sure we did both our journeys safely and on time. The contact through WhatsApp confirming all details was also superb to ensure we were all aligned

The transfer experience organised by Trapani Tourism Service (TTS) was excellent. Our provider revised the original pick-up details at our request and at very short notice. That was to give us more time at Trapani sea port, rather than Trapani Birgi airport. Our driver readily recommended a restaurant for us to have lunch, before taking the fast ferry crossing to Favignana. It was excellent! We liked that restaurant so much we went again on the return journey. The transfer process was completed without any issues associated with the tickets pre-purchased by TTS, and a comfortable and speedy crossing.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this service.

The driver spoke way too loud on the microphone on the bus. That we needed earplugs. It was very disturbing. Also the air con in the bus in the morning was not working so it was quite warm.
