Good service
Price was good (compared to general unbooked taxi costs), driver was there to meet the flight (which was early). Informative on the way to the hotel about things in the area. One minor thing was I didn't get email confirmation of the booking & the sign did just say transfers.ma, but I think he was the only one that day / time, so it was my driver. Overall I'd use again, just to make things easier at a fair price.

Regarding the booking confirmation, our system automatically sends a confirmation email immediately after every booking. Unfortunately, in some cases emails may be filtered into the spam/junk folder or blocked by certain email providers, even though they have been successfully sent from our side.
We're also pleased that finding your driver was easy. Our drivers usually wait with a Transfers.ma sign, and we are always available by WhatsApp should any assistance be needed upon arrival.

Good experience. Easy booking of return transport departing from Agadir Airport. Transport paid in advance, which is convenient. Picked up on time in a very comfortable vehicle, and a good and friendly driver. We inquired about the transport at the end of our stay via WhatsApp. We received a quick, correct, and clear answer. The ride to the airport at the end of our stay was also comfortable, and again, a good and friendly driver. Overall: good experience, good service, recommended.

Outstanding experience. Reliable service, nice car and easy to book and pay by card. The cost of the journey from Agadir to Marrakesh was half the price we were quoted by our Riad.

When we arrived it was raining really hard. Our driver gave his umbrella to my wife and little daughter and he walked in the rain. Something I will not forget. A very nice gentleman.

Die Fahrer zuverlässig , sehr gepflegt und unglaublich hilfsbereit.
Auf Fragen zwischen Büro und uns als Kunden - per WhatsApp- wurde immer sehr zeitnah geantwortet.
Ausserdem war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend.

Easy online booking for round trip to and from Agadir airport to hotel.
Easy online booking for round trip to and from agadir airport to hotel. Was €25 euros one-way, which we were happy to pay as wanted a garunteed child car seat.
Driver was there waiting for us outside at arrivals with transfers.ma sign. On return I could not see / find our driver (it was busy outside the hotel as lots of others' were also leaving at the same time). So I whatsapped called the emergency number, someone answered straight away who gave me the driver's number, he too answered straight away. He was already there and just brought the car to the front.
Safe driving. Nice cars.
Got a child seat on the way to the hotel but no car seat on the way back. Did not bother us we were happy to have our 2 yr old in our lap (roads are fine and driving is safe) but just worth noting to maybe double check if thats important to you.
Would use again. Thank you.
Note: our driver on the way backs car did not have transfers.ma sign - this would have been a nice touch and reassurance you are in the right vehicle.
5 star service nonetheless! :)
