Dilyana was very helpful

Dilyana was very helpful. Paying USDs in to an overseas account was causing me a problem. Turns out that the beneficiary I created had self automated to the currency of the country. I was very frustrated. Dilyana was able to explain that I needed to de-activate the previous beneficiary and re-create it, all along checking that the chosen currency had not defaulted back to currency of the country. It did once, I caught it and now I have a beneficiary successfully loaded who can receive a payment in heir preferred currency. Yes it's a palava, but we got there in the end. 5 stars for patience. 5 stars for a positive result. Thank you Dilyana.

In Ireland, Transfers made before cut off on a business day typically arrive on the same day. Transfers made after cut off are generally processed the next business day. As per TransferMates Terms and Conditions you are required to complete the transfers within 2 business days of the date on which the contract was entered. If transfers from your bank to the nominated TransferMate account are taking up to 3 business days then please speak to your banking provider.

Any contracts not completed within 2 business days are cancelled and any loss arising on such cancellation arising from TransferMate being required to unwind the acquisition of foreign exchange is charged to the customer as per our Terms and Conditions.

Horrible service

I am from India and tried to pay the offer acceptance fee of euro 1000 to UCC Cork through transfermate.
The payment was meant for my son.
They are asking a lot of documents, and even after submitting the documents, the payment window is not coming.
Their partner in India is Ebix Cash, which is a horrible service provider, who even don't bother to reply to your e-mails.

At last, I paid the amount through my debit Card.

A SECURE PAYMENT COMPANY THAT LOSES MONEY AND BLAMES IT ON THE CLIENT AND THEN LIES ABOUT REIMBURSEMENT

I had to use the scam, namely TransferMate, because my school accepted payments via this abomination. The teller at the bank first sent 4330 TRY instead of 4330 EUR so I wrote an email providing proof of both payments to their Turkish local partner Sipay, which is another abomination. Irresponsible excuse of CS told me they could not find my money and "kindly advised" me to go back to the bank. Then I sent a very angry email and told them that I was not gonna be kindly advised to do jack squat and they were the one who was supposed to find out where the heck my money went. They apologized and told me they'd start another search for my magical money disappearance case.
Exactly a month after my ticket opening, they finally tracked down my money on 12 March and told me Sipay reimbursed me. Since I had no trust for them, I asked for the bank receipt. Since then, I have NO MONEY, NO RECEIPT, NO REPLY.
Like I told them, I will see Sipay at court and TransferMate employees in hell.
DAMN THEM AND DAMN EVERY INSTITUTON WHO CONDUCTS BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I implore everybody to keep away from them if they don't wanna lose money, reputation or sanity.

Non-Refund and Poor Customer Service

On November 11, 2024, and November 14, 2024, I made two payments to an account provided by TransferMate, as instructed by Fintiba for the blocked account process. However, due to a small overpayment, my payment was canceled. TransferMate contacted me one week later and informed me that a refund would be processed.

Despite this, the refund has not been completed, and when I followed up, I was told that the refund process could take up to 15 business days. Last week, the 15 business days passed. Today, December 24, 2024, marks one full month since the payment was made. However, the problem is that my questions are not being answered at all. It feels as though I am being ignored. There is a customer who has been wronged, but it seems they don’t care at all.

Today, I sent an email, and once again, no response. The same happened the other day. However, when I had a question about making a payment, I received a response within an hour. It seems that customer satisfaction is only important until the payment is made, but after that, everything changes. When it comes to refund requests, things take a completely different turn. My emails are not being answered, and I am not getting clear responses to my questions. These are actions and behaviors that do not align with any corporate standards.

Currently, I have reviewed 51 email exchanges with TransferMate. It has been a month, and this issue is still ongoing. I am requesting a refund as it has been a month, the 15 business days have passed, and still, no action has been taken. When I inquire, the response is always "Sorry, we are waiting for an update from d-Local." However, my direct contact is with TransferMate, not d-Local. You were responsible for all steps of the process up until the payment was made, and now that it is time for the refund, you are passing the responsibility.

Let me be clear: Do not work with this company. I wanted to, and now I regret it. Think about it— as a customer who has been wronged, I am still waiting for my refund. They don’t even reply to my emails. Don’t make the same mistake, or you’ll regret it too.

I am preparing to file a complaint with the relevant legal authorities about this issue. I wanted to share this negative experience with you.
