Fake company
Fake company, it does not exist. They will keep your money and you will be left without a taxi.
This website has been created by a person who is dedicated to continuous fraud through websites that pretend to offer airport transfer services all across Europe, but there is nothing real behind them — it is a scam.
The method is always the same: a recently created website, unrealistically low prices, profiles filled with fake positive reviews to create trust, and advance payment required to make the booking.
A few hours before the pickup, they cancel the service and, to buy time, they tell you to start the refund process, which takes several days. Meanwhile, they continue scamming more customers until people begin coming here to leave complaints about having been deceived.
They are internet thieves.

Scam Warning
Attention: scam warning. Transferbycab is not a real transfer company. It is a malicious website run by the same people behind Europetaxicab and Europebytaxi. They advertise extraordinarily cheap airport transfer services, make you pay in advance, and then your money disappears while no taxi ever comes to pick you up. It is an ongoing scam.

We are not connected in any way to EuropeByTaxi or EuropeTaxiCab.
Our company is fully registered, with a verifiable VAT number, operating license, and a documented history of completed transfers on independent platforms.
We cannot find any booking, payment or cancellation in our system that matches this complaint.
If a real transaction exists, please write to us at hello@transferbycab.com with a booking reference and we will look into it straight away.
Without any identifying detail we have no way to verify the claim.

I've tried a few different transfer services over the past year and this one stands out by a mile. The booking process was straightforward, the price was significantly better than the competition, and communication was excellent throughout. I received a confirmation message well in advance and another one shortly before pickup. The vehicle was spotless and the whole experience felt genuinely cared for, not like a rushed cab ride. Highly recommended.

We are sorry to read this and we want to address it seriously, because the accusation does not reflect how we operate.
Every booking in our system is logged, and every email to hello@transferbycab.com is answered within a few hours. We cannot locate any reservation or message that matches this account. It is possible the booking was made with a different company, or that emails were sent to an address that is not ours.
Please write to hello@transferbycab.com with your booking reference, the pickup date, and the name on the reservation. If a transfer was paid and not delivered, we will refund it in full. We just need the details to verify what happened.
