Europa Worldwide Intermediate Training session

Jackie out trainer was very helpful and understanding, listening to our questions and answering and supplying the answers, and following up with examples. The course was set out in a friendly manner and easy to follow.

I have understood everything that has been shown, and feel that this course has benefited me with short cuts that I can use everyday.

Upgrade to Office 2016

Very helpful training to understand the basic differences between the old and the new software. Would definately recommend this course to others.

Organise your time using Microsoft Outlook

Really good course, trainer very knowledgeable. When asked a question she didn't know the answer to, straight away said as much - very refreshing. Lots of patience, didn't make one feel inadequate when asked to go over it again.
