mijn emailadres eindigend op ".amsterdam" wordt gezien als " invalid". Dit is sinds 2014 een legitieme Top-Level Domain.
kortom ik moest een email adres van iemand anders gebruiken. Update je systemen svp.

Pas de lien avec les cartes de réduction SNCF
C’est vraiment très dommage qu’on ne puisse pas associer les cartes de réduction SNCF. J’ai l’impression de ne jamais vouloir utiliser ma carte cadeau, voire même pas la recommander aux gens autour de moi parce que c’est contreproductif de payer 1.5x le prix avec une carte cadeau quand on a des réductions sur le site du vendeur. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié user la carte cadeau comme ça, ça la rend beaucoup moins bénéfique. L’équipe service client est top par contre !

Avoid this company - vouchers can’t be used for what they say they can
Avoid this company
Bought a gift voucher specifically to use on the Caledonian sleeper, which it says on their website is an option. Go to book it and it’s not an option.
I speak to customer service and they start by telling me you can’t book sleeper services. Then they tell me you can’t book more than three months in advance. Neither of these things are in their terms and conditions. Then they tell me they can’t escalate to a manager or offer a refund on the voucher.
They now have a significant amount of my money that they’re telling me I can’t use how their website says I can use it. There are no other train journeys I want to book, it was bought specifically for this purpose as a 50th birthday present.

Double the cost of a normal train ticket - don't waste your money
I am struggling to understand why anyone would use this website. If you book your tickets elsewhere the cost is less than half of that on Traingift. I have been trying to use some vouchers which were bought for my sick and elderly father (which he could not use because his route was not an option) for about six months now and they are utterly useless.
If you book a single ticket then maybe its worth it, but who goes to a destination and doesn't need to return home? Not many people.
The return tickets are double the cost using Traingift.
Not all routes are permitted and so their advertising is completely false.
The website has terrible UX.
The customer service team, knowing full well their vouchers are not at all worth the paper they're printed on are not at all helpful and would not refund the voucher.
I really really would check before you buy and don't fall for this scam!!
Further to the response below, I have tried multiple times to get support manually and the prices are still far more expensive and some routes are simply not available. I also asked for a refund due to routes not being available and they refused to help me and just kept quoting the same template response below.
