Interview simulator

I've gone through the train driver recruitment process several times but always fall short at the interview with the driver managers. I'm currently awaiting an interview with the driver managers again and found the interview simulator while searching for advice. I have been using it over the weekend and it has been really helpful, it pushes me to do better and improve. It tells me where I need to improve and how to improve. Hopefully this time I will be successful at the interview.

Exceeded My Expectations

I’ve been really impressed with the Train Driver Foundation platform. The CV review was genuinely invaluable; the level of insight and the specific recommendations far exceeded my expectations. It was reassuring to see that my background could be viewed favourably by a TOC, and the feedback confirmed that my CV wasn’t far off the mark while giving me clear, practical ways to improve it.
The psychometric tests and the CV tool are excellent, and the whole experience feels well thought‑out and grounded in real railway recruitment logic. I’m looking forward to continuing with the tests as I prepare my applications.

Used there CV reviewing service for a trainee driver application and it helped me make the sift and get the job. Prompt replies along with tips and guidance for the application. Would definitely recommend using if your interested in working on the railway, particularly driving. Thanks again.
