As a newly disabled single person that HATES anyone coming to my home, I was dreading engaging and how embarrassed I would be…
What a lovely group of people!! Changed my whole week in an amazing way.
I’m surprised how over these months I’ve “fallen in with” the people.
They do more in an hour than anyone I’ve employed in my professional career and god the lads are just bundles of sunshine. It took me back at first given I’m never around people so happy and hard working!
The boys are just a total joy so much so and Esther is always so so happy and helpful on the phone
Unfortunately I never know how I will feel until that actual day, and/or I have CONSTANT illnesses getting worse flaring up and I always feel so guilty having to change visits
But they accommodate me so well and I assure you I’m waaaaaaaaay down their list of customers that bring them dollar in!

Excellent care
Trailblazers care team have been looking after a family member and they have been very kind and helpful. Also, the care management team are caring, friendly and will cater to the clients needs. Would highly recommend. They have made s very real positive impact on her quality of life.

Great team
Trailblazers have been looking after an elderly relative for the last couple of years, and have been great. The care team are kind, friendly and efficient and adaptable to his needs. They are willing to go the extra mile. Communication is good.

Fantastic care for my brother in West Yorkshire
My younger brother, who has global development delay, has been using the Trailblazers service in West Yorkshire for the last few years.
The staff we have dealt with so far have been nothing short of polite, professional and respectful.
A huge thank you to Faizal who is so enthusiastic and has formed a great bond with my brother. Faizal continues to show my brother new places and helps him to develop new skills.
My brother also occasionally goes out with Sixon, who is also very friendly and patient.
We are very pleased with the service Trailblazers offer.

Amazing, dedicated staff
Once again we wanted to pass on our sincere thanks to the amazing dedicated Trailblazers staff!
Regardless of the very bad snow again today, particularly in Barkisland, Roney and Sonia still managed to make it to care for mum. They had to leave their car due to no access on the roads and walked through the heavy snow to ensure they attended, True Dedication!
We are so very grateful to have such amazing, people attending mum!

I wanted to express my extreme…
I wanted to express my extreme gratitude for the care you guys provided to my Dad over the last 26/27months.
XXX was diagnosed with vascular dementia c.3 years ago and I moved them to be closer to me, so that I could help more, but integral to XXX’s care was to get care support from a suitably trained team. You guys were allocated to us by Calderdale council and from the start you have been an absolute 'godsend' to Mum and Dad and to us as a family.
There were many carers that attended to XXX along the way however I wanted to specifically mention a few in particular who have been absolutely amazing and I know they grew to really care and love my Dad. Those people were (and apologies I don't know their full formal names):
Ronnie
Cooper
And Willie
Ronnie and Cooper were with Dad in his last few days and I also know they were very upset to see Dad deteriorate and then sadly pass away, however I really want them to be recognised for their absolute quality care that they provided to XXX.
XXX grew to love them and responded more when it was one of them that attended to him, he'd always ask "is it Ronnie/Cooper/Willie?"
My Dad was my world but we effectively lost a bit more of the man he was, every day, across his 3years of illness, however knowing he was truly 'cared for' by the above team, means the world.
I hope they are each ok and that they continue to provide fabulous care to other people in need, they are very special people and I just want them each to know that they made a huge difference, to XXX and to his family. Thankyou.

Very kind and friendly carers
Very kind and friendly carers. They have been so helpful.i have never missed my appointments, they are always there to take me there.My social life has been amazing ,I'm really enjoying their company. The carers cook well and all my meals are always good. I'm very happy with the care.

Since being introduced to trailblazers I have been so impressed with the carers sensitivity and attentive approach to supporting my Dad. Being unsure of how he would accept someone new into his life, they have done a wonderful job of putting him at ease and me too knowing that they’re there when I can’t be. They are in constant communication and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend trailblazers to anyone looking for carer support.

I have three really good carers I like…
I have three really good carers I like get on with the standard of care is very good .the hours are very flexible and staffs are very punctual, the management also listens and in all sort they Do their best to Do the people's Need
And I would highly recommend Trailblazer. The very best care company I had .

she is also funny ,she can only see the positive in people and if they have negative she gave motivation and make it really positive .(10/10)
