I am from India. I wasted my money to use this ad network platform. they are only run ads on irrelevant site where no quality traffic comes as well as they dont run ads on schedule time still they cut balance. And After every campaign increasing their plan. as well as supporting team is too poor. this platform is hungry for money no value provided. I have already used so many ads network but this one is worst . never never recommand to anyone to use this.

I mentioned to their Support 12 hours into the campaign, that Adsense don't see their traffic (at least in my case). For some reason, they thought changing the ads would fix that (??) And recommend a 3 day wait.

3 days later, I still don't see traffic, although in Their system I see impressions and clicks, but in Adsense... nothing. And they still blame the ads. Make it make sense.

Eventually they tell me adding a tracking pixel would help. Something I knew (a newbie at this), but it took 3 days to get there, as they blamed the ads for what was an integration issue.

And then their own tracking pixel doesn't work (error code message). How does your own tracking pixel not work??

Meanwhile they already dismissed a refund (a bad sign no matter what their policy: my money is still my money. If the shoe was on the other foot, you would want a refund of the balance).

Meanwhile 1 day later:

"Hello Walter! Thank you for contacting TrafficStars! Our team will get back to you with an answer tomorrow, thank you for waiting."

That was 6/28/2024
24+ hours later, no reply.

Lesson learned. Avoid this company.

$100 was sent via digital currencies and the scam occurred. No ads, no support. I ask everyone to be careful and stay away from this fraudulent site.
Please don't make the mistake I made

This is a message to all people who want to use traffic stars. Traffic stars is Best advertising company in the entire universe. And all the bad reviews on trust pilot are not real so please trust traffic stars and change your life.

Been with TrafficStars for over 3 months now, running Video Pre-Rolls across my adult-themed private network, and it’s been a solid ride. Honestly, I'm not sure about the scamming rumors, but in my case everything's been smoothy. If U have been aroud CPA traffic for a while and kwon how to nail your campaigns, you could actually find some decent traffic here. And in the adult niche their traffic is pretty darn juice.. Just a heads up, finding that winning as combo sometimes means spending a bit on testing. It's all part of the game, really

I spent over $1000 in testing, with very bad results and later only I realized that

They send majority of traffic as BOT traffic

Some campaigns which are paused randomly start spending

In one case where they were caught, out of $60 they only gave $10 refund which took about a month for them send

In general they don't give refunds

Check other places and forums, they have a bad reputation for bot traffic

If I could give these jokers -50 I would, let me start by saying, TrafficStars is so unorganized as a company it's actually so bad you have to laugh to keep from crying. I started with these guys almost a week ago, I uploaded fund's and tried to set the icon for the campaign etc. their system gave me a error's mind you I'm new to their platform.

I contacted support, no answer for a week but I noticed the campaign was pending so I figured it was pending because the "icon" wasn't uploaded. 2-3 days past no contact! I sent a email to their support inquiring about the icon issue I still didn't get a answer.

1 day later I woke up and checked the campaign my funds were exhausted of $100 here's another problem this is bot traffic but that's another story I didn't expect much that's why I wasn't to upset. So this morning June 26 - 2023 I woke up to this message

So I say to myself! well if my campaign needed the icon to run how did the campaign just kick on, so after maybe 2 hours someone finally comes to the chat support mind its been a week I tell "George" hey its been a week with no support and my funds are exhausted here's the reply.

“Yes, I see you wrote to us on Friday evening and Saturday.
Saturday and Sunday are days off, unfortunately our colleague who works on Saturday and Sunday got sick, so there was such a delay.
My apologies and thank you for your patience

George then ask me how can he help? I told him my campaign randomly ran and exhausted my funds and im trying to test their traffic could he restart my balance of $100 simply because based on support my campaign shouldn't have even started because there's no icon for the campaign here's George response

Don't get me wrong, the main support hours are Monday through Friday. As I see, you launched the campaign on Sunday.
We provide a personal manager after the turnover of more than $ 7000 on the balance. The personal manager is always in touch 24/7

We can't reload your balance, you sent the campaign to check yourself.

So I told George but support just sent me a message telling me to even get my campaign to run I needed a icon which make sense because the campaign doesn't even meet the requirements.

Then I simply told George don't worry about it, I didn't expect much from trafficStars

Just a quick thought! Look at the timing of my review and then look at the 2 hour review that came in right after, you know that’s a fake review because 1. Because of the timing but 2. It’s very vague

It is the second day my campaigns are not approved. As in the email, I should get $25 extra if I deposit $100. But here after the $100 deposit, I didn't get any bonus as well as after the deposit no one is ready to approve my campaign. VERY VERY VERY VERY EXPERIENCE. Sooooooooooo SAD. You Should Approve my campaign within a day but my campaigns are still not approved. I Just Can't explain my feelings. Customer Support is too Bad. No One Replied after the deposit.
I may change my review if they resolve my issue.
