One of the worst online experiences I've ever had... These guys are super unprofessional. I was actually interested in what they had, until the sales rep on the phone become incredibly pushy trying to get my credit card number. Long story short, I put a deposit down with a promise of a 100% refund to think it over for a day. When I reached out the next day to cancel and get my refund because it just didn't feel right after that experience, the rep began to put words in my mouth telling me I promised I'd sign up, then told me the refund wasn't going to fly (even though I have a message from him telling me the deposit is 100% refundable), then began to speak down to me. I'm appalled at how a company like this is still around. Anyway, it's been a week and still no reply and no refund. I had to reach out to my bank to file a dispute... Horrible experience.

I'm on the cusp of changing my income, lifestyle, and being back on track to my biggest goals and aspirations thanks to the network and ethos that this company has been the tip of the iceberg for. I hope to leave a more tangible review in the future when the events actually come to pass. Overall I've been able to get myself out of the rut was in a few months ago productivity wise and now the real **** is about to begin.

I joined the ClientKit program from Traffic & Funnels a little over two months ago. Going through the program was one of the most challenging, enlightening, stressful, hopeful, difficult, rewarding and ultimately life-changing things I’ve ever done.

I never knew how many internal mental blocks I had that were keeping me from reaching my full potential until I went through CK. I never realized what I have to offer the world could actually be so valuable that literally one sale I made was more money than I’ve been used to earning in a month.

My progress was slower than many other people’s, but the TF team and coaches and the community they built was incredibly supportive all the way.

Looking back I can say that I’m not only a stronger, more confident business person than I’ve ever been before, but a better person overall.

I started getting Facebook ads from these guys and watched a few of them. I was intrigued but didn't purchase anything for a few weeks.

Finally started out with one of their entry-level products and immediately felt like my world had expanded. I started to see huge opportunities in my business that I was overlooking. My whole paradigm shifted.

(To be honest, I was kind of content and thinking my business was doing pretty great up until that point...)

Long story short... Over two months I ended up purchasing a bunch of their products and each one helped me take practical steps to manage my time better, thinking more strategically, see missing opportunities in my business where I could serve my customers better and make the business more profitable, etc.

It didn't take long before I was convinced I needed to sign up for their coaching program, ClientKit. It was the biggest investment I'd ever made into my business and I'll admit to being nervous. But everything I'd learned from them so far had worked... so I jumped in.

Fast forward three weeks and the change is mind-boggling. (Granted, I had some momentum already from purchasing around $800 worth of their products before joining ClientKit.)

I've already set records for highest revenue in a single day, highest revenue in a single week, and highest revenue in a 30 day period (and that record is still being set since it's only been 21 days so far).

Finding this company and their products has changed my business and my life. It is allowing my wife and I to support other people financially in bigger ways. It is moving us towards our personal financial goals faster. And it has given me a LOT more peace about the future, despite the uncertainty in the world right now.

I'll end this the way I started... I can't recommend this company enough.

I see and understand to charge more and offer something irresistible. However, it's still not specific to what exactly needs to be offered.

This my honest review 2 years after the CK program. I went through an old CK program in 2017, so their trainings may have changed since now and their coaches may have changed since then. I HOPE the way they've treated people has changed.

I've waited 2 years to post this review so that my emotions could settle and I could provide a realistic account of what happened to me.

Pros: You'll learn something. You'll meet some great people. You'll be pushed outside of your comfort zone. The program itself is good if you're new to marketing on social media platforms. The private CK Facebook group is nice, some of the members were very active and helped me out a lot.

Some of the coaches and admin staff were really helpful and I appreciate them to this day - the negative part of my review is not about them.

Cons: My biggest issues with CK were horrible treatment by certain coaches.

I 100% know their process works and smart marketers are part of their team. You can do well if you take responsibility for doing what you need to do. There is no magic pill which will make you succeed. However, sometimes even great processes need to be slightly customized (which is what I needed help with but didn't receive).

Personally, I was told to "Don't be a little b***h" by certain coaches for simply asking questions. I followed the T&F program with 100% commitment and adherence to the program for 3 months, but I wasn't seeing results. When I brought this up on a coaching call, I was called "dumb", "an idiot", and "obviously not doing the right things".

I was met with resistance from coaches every time I asked for help with my offer/messaging/strategy. Out of the many times I asked for custom help, I received custom advice twice.

The coaches I looked up to effectively tore me down every time I had an issue by attacking me personally instead of helping me with the issue at hand. When I asked for help with my offer, a coach looked it over and told me that my offer was good - it was obviously something else I was doing wrong that was preventing me from hitting my goals, but gave me no guidance as to what this issue could be other than "stop being a little b****". I didn't appreciate being called a little b**** repeatedly and having my problems deflected.

I certainly wouldn't have paid money to have people I looked up to speak to me that way if I knew that's what was going to happen. I really looked up to Taylor specifically, but he would constantly call people b****/dumb on calls. I had no inclination that this was commonplace in CK. Like I said, maybe they've changed and realized that different people have different learning styles. Not everyone learns faster or is motivated by being called a b**** on a coaching call 💁🏽‍♀️

For a long time (even post CK), I felt brainwashed into thinking I was doing something wrong for just asking questions or not following cookie cutter advice because 80% of the time I asked a question in CK I was met with hostility.

It wasn't until I found a new coach that was willing to customize a marketing strategy to work for me (help with offer, custom messaging, etc.) that I was able to see how badly I was treated.

I ended up leaving CK early because of this behavior. You'd have to pay ME money to subject myself to that environment again. Like I said, I hope they've changed, but no one has ever reached out to me or offered an apology for the actions of past coaches or even the founders themselves, so I'm not super hopeful.

I personally know other past CK-ers (specifically women and women PoC) who had a similar experience as me.

I would post this in their public FB group, but when I left it was just a circle jerk of people who tore anyone down that had something negative to say about T&F.

I don't consider it a waste of money. I learned a valuable lesson to vet your mentors well, never allow people to gaslight you, and don't ever pay anyone money to treat you like trash.

Main Point: The course teaches you how to plan monthly, weekly, and daily. The immediate upsell is a subscription to a physical planner and the entire course is build off of using the physical planner companion. And no, they do not offer a digital version (even though they use one on the screen to walk you through planning examples). The course endgame is to qualify you for more expensive upsell products.

Hi,

I'd like to request a refund for the Productivity Pack V2 course.
While your sales website had a lot of words describing the problems of lost productivity and the benefits of having productivity and showcased selective testimonials of how the course is way too cheap and delivers big - I never found out (or at least it wasn't obvious through the noise) what you were actually going to teach. I looked for 3rd party reviews on the course and couldn't find any. The only reason I purchased this morning is that I knew I could get a refund if it wasn't what I expected. (Mind you, I even listened to the podcast, and all it talked about was fluffy benefits - no description of what you do.)

Even before the checkout was finished, red flags went up with the planner upsell. The whole course was based off a planner that I need to buy? Feels like such a bait and switch. Also, I didn't know the course was a simple tutorial of how he does he monthly, weekly, daily planning. Sure it is a sound method, but I didn't know that was what I was buying and that's not what I need right now. If your product simply showed the course intro video, I would have known exactly what you're selling and how it isn't what I need.
It also felt slimy that the end of the course was simply a sales pitch for your other over-priced products. I am sure the bonus content has some valuable nuggets of information, but I am not going to spend 6 hrs listening to fluff to get to them. 

Overall, there is no way I would pay for this and I think you guys have done a poor job here. I've taken plenty of online courses and even have one myself. I have even taken courses on how to make courses. When I say you do a poor job, I certainly don't mean this isn't amazing revenue-producing course that is a great lead magnet that qualifies people who are willing to invest in their education to which you can sell the next products - you've done a fantastic job here and this will make boatloads of money. What you've done a poor job of is offering actual value.

This course had very little meat in it. My favorite courses do free webinars that offer 20-30 minutes of meat then take 15 minutes to sell me on their program. You guys had to be super vague on what the content of the course is because 1) the meat isn't that good and 2) there isn't that much meat. I could summarize the strategy and methodology in 5 minutes. And at the end of the day, nothing is novel, none of the content is eye-opening. 
In conclusion, I think you've done an absolutely amazing job creating a funnel, but your content is too basic. 90% of your clients won't ask for the refund, so any way you look at this, the product is financially a win, but after having taken the course, I give it a net promoter score of 1. 
For this reason, I ask: How can I get the refund process started?

P.S. I know this long explanation isn't at all necessary, I wrote it more for my own sanity. I strongly believe in paying people for their value, and I hate people who take advantage of money-back guarantees to get "free" content. I am not one of those people, I want to let you know that I just felt like the meat of this course was never fully explained until I went through the paywall, dodged the upsell, and started the intro. Once I got to the conclusion, I was disappointed to see the entire purpose of the course was funneling to yet another upsell. I'd be fine paying full price for this if I knew it in advance, but there wasn't any "Wow!" moments in the course and I lack a feeling of being enlightened.

I've been a member of Clientkit for about 2 months now, and I'm insanely happy I took the "plunge".

My partner and I run a business that helps insurance agents generate their own high intent prospects. Before CK, we were unsure about our offer, price point and ads.

We were selling packages, but at a lower price point to mostly rookies(it's just harder to help rookies). A few conversations with our coaches set us straight.

Inside of CK the support and activity is awesome. There are multiple weekly clinics(sales, ads, mindset, organic, copy) and really our only problem is that we don't have time to access and implement everything.

But that's also pretty cool. By focusing on just a couple things, we were able to go from about 16k a month in revenue to just over 100k in the 60 days with CK. Not bragging though, lots of others have done better.

I'd make this longer but I have a few follow-ups to do before my first sales call of the day. Thanks guys...very grateful for all of your help!

You'll probably get the best training material in the world but the best thing about it is that it's a community of high achievers that support and motivate each other on a daily basis.
It literally changed my life!

I'm about 6 weeks into my Client Kit experience and I couldn't be more impressed with the change I've seen in myself - and the change everyone sees around me.

I had my business for about 1.5 years and decided to invest into Client Kit during the COVID time to allow myself to grow with a hope my business would also grow.

Well, my, oh my, was that exactly what happened. BUT - was it easy? No! Did the coaches spoon feed me? No! Did I hit a homerun the first time I tried anything? lol HELL No.

It took me several weeks of showing up consistently, absorbing the learnings, interacting with my CK family, trying out what I've been taught, reaching out for coaching / support and changing my mindset. Slowly through this, I got my first sale from Facebook.

Fast forward two weeks later, as I continued to try - and - I've gotten another two sales - paid in full. All from FB. All from what I've learned from CK and the support I received.

The people who succeed in CK understand that THEY must be in the driver's seat to achieve great things. This program gives you the gas in your car - but it's up to you to drive yourself from Point A to Point B and onwards up to Point Z. I couldn't recommend it more -- and I was ALREADY doing well business wise prior to joining and now I just up-leveled. I will be doing that MORE and MORE.

I can't begin to describe how grateful and happy I am to have found T&F and invested in ClientKit. Best business decision I've ever made (and I've made a lot of investments in other business training/development). I would recommend to anyone who is teachable and hungry and cares about being a better version of themselves in the future. Just do it!

This is a scam that has been very well disguised as a legitimate business! Please do your research before giving this company any money. They make false claims they cannot possibly fulfill and use 'get rich quick' buzzwords and phrases to lure people into a false sense of security. Look at the small print on the bottom of their website! It states "the average person who purchases ' how to ' information gets little to no results." After paying for this if you get no results they can use this as a loophole to not give you a refund down the line and blame it on poor work ethic. Look up the people who have provided testimonials on their page - most of them gave a testimonial after 1 week of being on the course.. I don't think that's a sufficient time frame to provide a testimonial on how well this product is working for them, do you!? I looked up as many profiles of testimonial providers I could find and none of them seem to be doing very well, a lot of them haven't had active business social media for a year or more.. In a world of social media we know this is a bad sign. This course is essentially a well hidden pyramid scheme where these 'gurus' are teaching more wanna-be gurus how to teach people to become gurus... It's all a load of BS. If something seems too good to be true IT IS. People are parting with nearly 10k for this - that's enough for a deposit on a small house. Shame on them for exploiting people especially during a crisis. My business partner signed up for this and paid the deposit and I soon as I saw what he had signed up for I researched into the company and quickly realised this is a scam. He requested the 1k deposit back and was told 'enjoy being broke lol' by the sales rep as well as being told he was being blacklisted and blocked on messenger.. Not very legit behaviour considering no service had been provided. Thankfully we were eventually given a refund on the 1k deposit thanks to PayPal disputes..
but I am so glad we got out when we did. Please do your research for yourself. Anyone that asks you to send 1k over to them before providing a product or service should give you a red flag, never mind asking you to commit nearly 10k to something that they actually state in their disclaimer they are unlikely to achieve. Hope this helps someone out. Keep your money, get some business books out from the library or look up some reputable courses in your local college. Good luck!
