Traditional Kilt Omdömen

I never make reviews for businesses but I think they really deserve one.

I was looking for a tartan gift, i'm in the UK so ordered it from Scottish tartan company, makes sense right? Well they let me down badly and waited 2 weeks to let me know that in the end they couldn't fulfill my order and that I'd have to wait at least another month!

I searched the web for a replacement and found this company. I was a bit apprehensive as they were based in Pakistan, but their pre-sale support was excellent and the trustpilot reviews were reassuring so I made the purchase.

Shipping was prompt with tracking provided. The item I receiving (a scarf) was far superior in quality than I would have received from the previous company and at a better price, the gift receiver absolutely loves it! A well deserved 5* from me.

Product came from Pakistan, which I wasn't expecting. And that's by no means bad, just took a while to get here to Colorado. Quality is mostly excellent, fabric is of good quality, but I am a bit disappointed with the buckles and leather straps. Frankly, I'm hot convinced the straps are leather and the buckles could have been better quality. The kilt looks great and is very well made, however. One note... The red in the Robert the Bruce tartan is WAY more Fire Engine Red than the picture let's on. Looks like a subdued, almost burgundy red in the photo and it is anything but...

VERY easy to order. Love the quality and a great website. Although, I messed up my size, a bit tight around the waist. Thank you!!

Great communication and quick responses. I requested quick processing because I had a last minute event to attend.
Fast shipping with expedite service-I ordered it on Saturday and received my kilt in Michigan on Wednesday.
It fits perfectly to the measurements I requested. Great quality- well made perfect tartan pattern for my clan.
100% satisfied with this seller, would highly recommend.

Customer service went above and beyond to help correct an issue.

Fast delivery from Pakistan - difficult order confirmation process due to technical issues.

Great service, responsive and the kilt fits great. Would recommend again.

Great kilt
But overwhelming smell of cigarette

Arrived on time. Beautiful and exactly what we expected. Will be ordering again.

These guys were absolutely amazing. They delivered as promised. I asked for a Christmas kilt B4 Christmas with only a few days to ship it. They told me to order it and they'd get it to me on time. As promised it was delivered a day early even ! I love my kilt they did an amazing job . I'd definitely order another from traditional kilts !!! Thank you guys for coming threw for me 😎.

The kilt and sash are both beautiful, quite heavy! And they fit well. A friend saw them just after they arrived (much faster than expected, as well) and said she’d be buying her next one from you. I’m so excited to show each piece off later this month at a Celtic Festival!

The personal customer service was amazing. I received exactly what I wanted, in a very timely fashion. This was particularly important as I was ordering for a film. The quality was perfect, and was what I had hoped! Thank you!

The kilt is beautiful. Nicely heavy. I was wondering about the delivery, but I received an email telling me it had been delivered, and it showed a picture of my front door. There it was! Nice. Thank you.

The offerings are amazing. The fact that you stock my family colors is a bonus. I just wish you offered the Jones pattern on more products.

Fits well and was promptly delivered. Love the details.

BY FAR the BEST customer experience I have had in a long time!! The agent who helped me, Sufyan, was extremely kind and patient while I made several substitutions and modifications to the kilt deal I purchased.

I later added items onto what was already a rush order and everything still arrived on time.

Quality is outstanding for the price paid, an excellent value!

Between the amazing customer service and the quality/price ratio a truly first class experience!! Highly recommended!

quality of sewing very bad faded first cleaning red turn almost orange, threads need cutting off everywhere hem not surged or rolled freeing badly

I felt like they went above and beyond my expectations. My original measurements for the kilt were wrong and they noticed it and ask me to remediate. I’m glad they did, with revised measurements it fit great. Appreciate their help very much and attention to detail.

We were looking for a good kilt for our grandson, and came across Traditional Kilt. Our purchase arrived in good time and was exactly what we had anticipated. The fabric is very good and the sporran is awesome.
