Great support from Rachel today.. I have lost my phone where I had set up my 2FA. She resetted my 2FA within litteraly 15mins. I requested then my payout and on top of that I got it approved! I would like to share my experience of completing the challenge. I took part in the 100k challenge. The price was quite reasonable, so I decided to give it a try. The dashboard is clear and easy to use, and the support team responds very quickly and provides very clear answers.

Importantly, during my participation, I had questions about strategy and lot size. For those who want to try their skills, I recommend reviewing the rule about the Martingale strategy, which is prohibited (most traders don't spend much time familiarizing themselves with this material). I found myself in this situation, but after clarifying the matter with support, I was able to resolve the issue.

Overall, I am very satisfied, I passed the challenge, and I hope that everything will be fine with the payments as well.

I was being helped by James several times. Via email usually takes a while until you’ll receive a reply, but the instant messaging works great! Today I passed my challenge and asked how long it would take to get my funded account. James told me they’ll had to review my account and it usually takes 24 hours. I also had some questions about the scaling and James was able to clarify it to me. I think I only passed my 12th challenge, but I finally made it. Don’t give up people.

This firm really listens to us. I started a ticket in their discord group about spreads. I found the spread better with other firms. The next week they contacted me thanking me for the feedback and they recently updated to a new broker. We are all happy now. They really listen to their traders in their discord

This ain't just a normal propfirm but the best prop firm I've ever come across with the customer service (James) from Trading Funds, the best customer support, they r so friendly then even response my queries within 5 -10mins which is great.

Had some questions about consistency rule. Support explain to me in simple words, and even gave example calculation with my profits. Very helpful and patient.

I like these guys. They are genuine. Are my skills trading genuinely any good? So far not but I know the game.

These guys started well and then when I started making profits everything went south. "Soft breaches," trades closing before the TP, the responses of the customer service were not clrear about this. Anyways, it was a waste of time and money. I was advised not to use this firm but i wanted to give the chance. Lesson learned. Stick the the good ones. Giving 2 starts because of the dashboard and the customer service, but everything else was a disaster.

Honestly I thought they just want people to fail, but after my review they showed me exactly why my trades were flagged. Even if I didn’t like the answer, they were honest and explained it well. That gave me trust.

At first I thought one of my trades was wrongly flagged as martingale. I wrote to support and they shared the exact trades and explained why. Even though I didn’t agree at first, I appreciated the transparency and now I know what to watch out for in the future.

My first payout was delayed because of a bank transfer issue. I was worried, but support kept me updated and eventually switched me to USDC, which I received within hours. The important thing is they solved the problem and didn’t leave me hanging
