I thought EA usage was allowed, but when I bought my account I got an error trying to connect it. Turns out the EA setting was disabled by default. I contacted support and James helped me right away. He confirmed EA use is allowed and re-enabled the setting without any hassle. Everything works perfectly now.

I’ve traded with other firms before, but always ran into restrictions during high impact news events. Here I can finally trade news without getting flagged or restricted. Really glad I made the switch.

I signed up with TradingFunds and at first, everything seemed to go smooth. However, when I tried to place my first few trades, I noticed some issues with my dashboard, it wasn’t updating correctly, and it honestly stressed me out a bit because I thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

I reached out to support and got connected with Bradley. Honestly, I didn’t expect much because you always hear stories about bad support teams, but Bradley really surprised me. He actually listened carefully to my problem (instead of just sending copy-paste answers), and he took the time to walk me through what was happening step-by-step.

It turned out to be something small on my side with the browser cache. Bradley stayed on chat with me until everything was fixed, and even checked in a few hours later to make sure it stayed fine.

I really appreciate that kind of service — it’s rare these days.
If you want a prop firm where the team actually cares about your experience (even when small things go wrong), I’d definitely recommend tradingfunds. Thanks again, Bradley!

Ok first of all thanks to all the reviews here I made the choise to sign up with tradinfunds. I bought 2 accounts in total. I wanted to copy trade them, but apparently that is not allowed. Luckily they notified me, before I made too many trades. And because of their advice I passed one of the accounts. I requested a payout yesterday and received it today. Im suprised there are still firms that actually wants you to make money with trading, very much thank you.

**UPDATE** As you can see, my experience has been verified. I have sent multiple email following up for the refund they have promised me with no response. This company has not been fair with me nor with keeping their word.

I'm funded with other prop firms and never had a problem with my trading style nor my risk management. I only trade small(~1%) and scale in when my thesis is correct. It only took me less than 5 weeks to pass the 100k challenge and made 8% on the funded account to be able to be scale up to level 2 (200k) and be paid out and continue my journey with them. Nothing change regarding my approach to the market( as they stated in the email). Upon request of payout, I got this email:

We have noticed that our system has detected Martingale characteristics in the overall risk management approach used in your account (#1027167). The use of Martingale strategies is strictly prohibited.
At TradingFunds, we encourage traders to maintain consistent risk management practices. While there is nothing wrong with allocating different levels of risk to trade ideas based on your model and probability.
Below are the trades that were flagged by our system for Martingale behavior based on risk escalation:

Imagine trading as small as I was(as they stated above) on all separate days and then they say the risk has been double and risky. These are super small trades and should not be considered significantly increased especially if I'm in profit and i want to risk more of my profit.

Also, all the trades that are being pointed out above are trades where my thesis was correct regarding the direction of the market, i will always keep adding to my position for greater profits with very low risk as shown above. Don't make the same mistake I.did.
