I have placed an order and have not…
I have placed an order and have not received it I have sent 2 emails and no replies to either of them.
Feeling a bit at a loss as I now have no way of getting my item or my money back.
And I am confused as there seems to be good reviews on this company. Is it all an elaborate scam???
Not sure what rights I have to get my money back?

I mistakenly ordered two iPhone pro mac…
I mistakenly ordered two iPhone pro mac cases for my old iPhone pro, opened one of them, and realised my mistake. I returned both cases because none of my friends use a Pro Mac, and they still refunded me. Super friendly customer service!

We did actually reply to your first email within 48 hours of receiving it with an offer for a return or an exchange in line with our returns policy.
We also emailed a couple of days ago in response to this review with the same offer to exchange or refund as appropriate.

Absolutely first class service
Absolutely first class service. The colour that I had wanted for my iPhone cover had gone out of stock over the weekend when i ordered and so I chose an alternative. By Monday morning the colour was back in and they sent it out to me and I posted the alternative back when it arrived - they made it all so simple and easy to do, and I got to have the colour I really love! Fantastic customer relations - very friendly and super efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough. THANK YOU :)
