I’ve been with Tradey for less than a month and have seen amazing results thus far! Once I got my accounts connected, the process was seamless and I love the fact that I don’t have to bounce around or choose from different bots. Tradey’s bot has been crushing it! I passed my evaluations within a week and now working on a payout! Highly recommend if you’re on the fence. This company actually delivers results, unlike the rest.

Product is exactly as described and has had performence relative to the data. Very helpful support from Byran the founder. The algo is cosntantly improving from the data i have seen and forward testing. Clean executions from the bots end.

I am very pleased with the results I received from this algo. The team was superb and responsive, which services my need for quick responses and assistance. I've noticed similar results around other customers and would recommend to family and friends.

The Tradey team is a pleasure to work with. They did all the setups and were always ready to answer any questions, do regular follow-ups, and make necessary improvements to the algos. They have been transparent and fair in showing how the algos performed on both green and red days. I use prop firm accounts, and the algos helped pass a few evals in under a month.

I joined Tradey in November because of their 12-month money-back guarantee. After initial small gains, all accounts were blown. I later subscribed to 20 Apex accounts during a sale.

On December 16, 2025, trading completely stopped. January 5, 2026 came with no trading activity. Tradey claimed system bugs, but the issue lasted over a month while I continued paying for 20 inactive accounts and over $2,000 in subscription fees.

I requested a refund under their guarantee due to service being down for more than a month. My refund was denied. Legal action is now pending. This is true review based on my experience with tradey.

I've tested several algos on the market, Tradey is the most responsive and communicative of the algos, with open communication - this is important to me. Most algos rely on commission based sales teams, which means once the sale is made they move on, not so with Tradey. From personal experience Bryan works hard to make sure the algos are performing and makes adjustments as needed.

Had a forex bot. Had a futures and crypto bot from another company. All of them claimed the best results in the world. None of them delivered. It wasn't like that with Tradey. I jumped on calls with the founder. Had a lot of help from Viviana with tech related. Never once I got an excuse of "just let the algos run". Or "It's just a volatile market. This is normal." I got a team of good people and a product that delivered as promised.

I’m new to trading and so are many others but what’s nice is you’re not alone to figure it out because they truly pride themselves on the support they provide and have in place. I’ve been on calls with Bryan the founder who truly cares about you and Viviana is the same way. It’s a great feeling when someone checks in on you out of the blue as she does just to see if you need help in any way. That’s a sign of a company and people who care! I’m grateful having been lead to Tradey!

One thing I like about Tradey so much is how they go above and beyond for you. They're truly one of a kind company. Ashley has helped me. Viviana and even the founder Bryan has jumped on a few calls with me as well. It's truly great to see the algorithms constantly improving and making me money.

My husband and I have been interested in algorithm trading for quite some time. Recently we have been seeing ads on Tradey and decided to hop on a call to discuss the platform further. The gentleman we spoke with was amazing! He addressed all of our questions and never once did we feel pressured to buy. It was more of a demo and open dialogue What made the call further interesting was that we got to see a live trade. It was an adrenaline rush seeing the amount of money increase and it wasn’t even our acct. I was so impressed with the way they treated us, their organization, and seeing a live trade in action! Needless to say, I highly recommend Tradey.

They missed a presentation appointment set for 8/18/2025. Talked briefly with salesperson who said he'd create a video pitch and send to me. Emailed follow up 8/19 that I hadn't received video. Emailed another follow up to salesperson and company on 8/24. Guess they don't want this customer!
Edit-Company founder called to apologize for the missed appointment. He offered to do the presentation himself which we did 8/27 AM. Very gracious for him to call and offer to follow up with more performance data. At this point, it doesn't look like something I'd be interested in but I'll continue to consider.

I had no idea what trading algorithms even were. I knew it existed, but that was it. I’m a pilot. I’m not a trader. As a pilot, the salary is great, but it’s not enough for the goals I have in life. I jumped on a few calls with different companies and talked to the Tradey team. They made me feel comfortable. So I said OK, let’s do this. That was probably one of the scariest moments of my life.
