Would definitely use again and recommend. We'll I ordered a part the otherday and realised I needed 2 further pieces so went on the website and found what I was after and ordered again. Super fast delivery and customer care is really friendly and helpful after I made a mess on selecting pick up rather than delivery. Will definitely look at trade vehicle parts first in the future before randomly searching. 10/10

satisfied with order and delivery.parts came on time. only niggle was wing has small dink in it but was for older vehicle so blended in with the rest of the car.have not fitted parts yet but when i do fit them ill post fitment results. but over all happy .so thanks TVP.

I ordered a bumper from them they assured me it would be delivered. It never turned up. I contacted them several times. They then said that they would ship it. I got another confirmation saying the item would be shipped and it still did not arrive. I have requested time and time again for a full refund and got nowhere. I have now requested a PayPal refund on a personal note. I would not recommend this company for any car purchases. What a shame on their website. It has a five star rating..... lesson learnt before ordering something from a new seller. Always check the Internet for the real reviews.

Bought a grill for my sons first car an Audi A1 had it fitted after Christmas .ironically the grill fitted fine after a bit of work but the badge mounting and aperture was completely wrong size so oem badge wouldn’t fit
Contacted company and got zero help just returns policy expired and a total avoidance of it been there issue. avoid this company there shocking.

Purchased exhaust for it to be faulty and leaking fumes, sent exchange and guess what was even worse
Have opened case with paypal for refund.

Ordered a front bumper for my car on Friday with next day delivery and it came on the Monday as unfortunately they do not do weekend deliveries via their courier.

Arrived on Monday in time for repair work to be done and was updated by staff along the way.

I would recommend that you introduce more automation to tracking orders and live tracking to leave customers mind at ease but other than that brilliant job and really good price for the part!

Order item on 2nd Jan and delivery was arranged for 4th Jan.
Was given a time slot by the courier DX express and after waiting in all day it was not delivered and so I then had to re arrange for today 5/01.
After contacting TVP this morning they’d don’t seem overly interested and keep saying it’s out for delivery today! I know it’s out for delivery today because it had to be re arranged after they failed to deliver it without any notification.
Now I’ve wasted 2 days off and have had to move my car repair booking.
Nobody seems to want to give me an answer as to why none bothers to deliver it but the service seems poor from both TVP and DX Express.
I’ll think twice next time before thinking of ordering.

Goods received within 2 days. (immediately after New Year)Great service and delivery. Although not fitted yet I`m sure all will be well.

Ordered boot spoiler for my car and the tape that came with it was utter useless, was better using chewing gum that had more stick.

Ordered parts then a couple of days later received an email stating the order had been cancelled at my request, then an email stating that part was damaged in transit and then an email saying their supplier was out of stock !
Luckily I used PayPal so was refunded!

Absolutely FRAUD!!! I ordered 2 parts and only 1 turned up. Emailed them form months NO REPLY! They decided to email me after 60 days, as their policy anything over 60 days NO REFUND. Now I've lost over £200 for nothing. FRAUD stay away

Utter Shambles on this occasion!
6 Days on and NO Delivery!
10 outgoing phone calls from me, ZERO communication from TVP.
Empty assurances from telesales.
Incredibly, TPV are apparently unable to make contact with their chosen Couriers who were given the Wrong delivery address and who retained the order after the householder at the wrong address refused to take delivery.
ZERO communication from Courier to Customer.
TVP could only blame their "System" for not ensuring the Courier had got the correct delivery address...a cop out imho...this only needed a direct call from TVP to the Courier on day one!
What an Embarrassment for TVP!
We all make mistakes, the trick is to Resolve them.
The simple solution would have been to send out a duplicate order to the correct address Pronto.
This experience caused me a lot of trouble in rearranging everything.
The one star is the lowest...I suppose they can have that for the no hassle cancellation and refund, but
I would much rather be giving praise to a UK company.

Ordered a new windscreen wiper motor and linkage from here for my Clio after my car failed it's MOT. Was quoted £655 for the official part from Renault which was absurdly expensive. It was easy to find the correct part by entering my cars registration plate number. Ordered from here at a fraction of the price (£56), with next day delivery and part arrived promptly, was fitted by the mechanic at the garage no problem and helped me pass my MOT saving about £550 in total. Very happy!

I wanted to buy a plastic engine cover plastic tray. The price was £38.97. The web site says Free Shipping on all orders going to UK Mainland addresses BUT (sadly)
'a small shipping charge will be applied to ... Northern Ireland'. When I went to pay the 'small' charge for a light piece of plastic was £69.97!!!!!! I found the same part with free delivery to N Ireland from another honest supplier. Emailing TVP got no response.

I bought side steps from this web site by using my vehicle registration and trade vehicle parts have sent the wrong parts out that don't fit my car,I've had 2 auto body shops look at this side step and they have confirmed that there wrong.
I've recently contacted trade vehicle parts and they are not going to rectify there mistake so I wouldn't buy anything from this company as you will not receive what you pay for
